Pros:

Snídaně byla pravidelně doplňována a nestalo se, že by nezbylo na hosty, kteří přišli později. Trochu nám chybělo sladké teplé (lívance, nebo něco podobného), což bychom na hotel takové ceny a pověsti čekali.

Cons:

Jeden z pokojů měl opatlané dveře od skříně, ve skříni na oblečení byla schovaná varná konvice a set na přípravu kávy a čaje. Nedostali jsme pokoje blízko sebe, ač to bylo v požadavku a pokoje byly dostupné (dle rozhovoru recepčních to jeden popletl, ale chápeme, stane se). Při dotazu na saunu recepční nevěděl, zda je v hotelu sauna, jaká, za kolik. Nakonec nám bylo sděleno, že je nefunkční. Velmi složité bylo najít venkovní parkoviště.
Celkově služby neodpovídají počtu hvězdiček, ceně a pověsti hotelu.
