3. If you want to enjoy the children's meal discount, the guest of the same room (must be 18 years old or above) must join the Shangri-La Club members (hotel members) to enjoy the children's discounts (up to two children per room). You can apply to join the Shangri-La Club when you check in.
3-1. Children over 7 years old (inclusive) but under 12 years old: 50% discount (need to be accompanied by an adult, maximum 2 children per room)
3-2. Children under 7 years old: free of charge (accompanied by adults, maximum 2 children per room)

Pros:

The front desk staff appeared inexperienced and lacked professionalism in handling our arrival. After a long day of travel, we inquired about the possibility of an early check-in at 2:00 PM and were initially told that it would be accommodated. I sent an email to specifically requested for the possibility of an early check-in. However, when we returned at 2:00 PM, we were informed that the room was still unavailable and that we would need to wait longer.

What was most disappointing was not the delay itself, but the manner in which it was communicated. The response felt cold and indifferent, and we were simply told to purchase drinks and wait in the lobby. There was little effort to acknowledge our situation or demonstrate empathy and hospitality. A more thoughtful and customer-focused approach would have made a significant difference to our experience.

離成大體育館很近，地點真的非常方便.
雖然退宿時間是12點，但停車可以停到3點，非常棒！

Reignite trip
Pros:

We have not travel as a couple for a long time. Opportunities come & we took the chance to venture. Have a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was neat, tidy & spacious for the two of us. Will come back again.
