Nice view and location, but the service and facilities could be improved
Pros:

Obviously, the view.
It was also close to the city center.
The bus stopped right in front of the hotel, and it only took about 4 minutes to get to the center.
You can also walk down if you don’t mind—it takes around 20 minutes.

Cons:

What I didn’t like was that the internet connection was very poor. I also didn’t like the breakfast, and the minibar fridge in the room was not cold.
Most of the staff were unfriendly, especially one older female staff member.
She didn’t even offer to help with the luggage during check-out.

I also didn’t like the key system. You had to exchange your room key for another key at reception. Since the reception wasn’t open 24 hours, when the staff were gone, you still had to go to the reception to get the key.

Goede ontvangst met vriendelijk personeel en een waanzinnige ligging boven op de rotsen.
Pros:

Prachtige ligging en uitzicht!
Tevens waren we eerder aangekomen dan de inchecktijd maar werd onze kamer snel in orde gemaakt voor ons. Zeer attent en vriendelijk.

Cons:

Wennen was de ligging van de familiekamer waarvan de toegang is gelegen in de ontbijt- en dinerruimte. Weliswaar wel met een prachtig uitzicht. De kamer was luxueus en gezellig.

A mixed bag — with a few surprises 😅
Pros:

The hotel itself is small, but overall quite satisfactory — 8/10.

The room was decent and did the job — 7/10. Nothing spectacular, but no major complaints either.

The lady at reception was absolutely lovely, polite and helpful — 10/10. She was definitely the highlight of the stay.

Overall: 6/10.

The hotel itself was fine, the location was good, and the receptionist was excellent. But the overpriced breakfast and especially the WhatsApp communication definitely took away from the experience.

Now, the breakfast… where do we begin? 😂
€10 extra for a selection of things that, in our opinion, were worth about €3. 3/10. After trying it once, we decided to have breakfast somewhere else for the rest of our stay. Honestly, it might be better not to offer breakfast at all — especially at that price.

Then there’s the gentleman we never actually saw, but who apparently handles communication via WhatsApp. Unfortunately, his hospitality skills seem to have been left on “Do Not Disturb.” 😅 2/10. Rude, unhelpful, and not exactly the kind of attitude you expect from someone working in the hospitality industry.

Would we stay again? Maybe. Would we pay €10 for breakfast again? Absolutely not. 😂

Pros:

Une vue extraordinaire depuis la chambre, bien situé un bus qui passe très régulièrement et qui s’arrête devant l’hôtel pour aller à Amalfi, plage privée avec 450 escaliers à descendre et à monter le soir un bon sport
Le parking est en supplément avec un tarif de 30€ par jour

Cons:

Il faut compléter la veille pour le lendemain le petit carton qui est déposé dans la chambre avec les aliments qu’on veut manger le lendemain , pas de libre choix vous trouverez un plateau sur votre table à l’heure choisie si vous aimez pas fin de petit dej

Stanza 10 metri da hotel vista era bellissima ma Stanza pieno con formiche 🐜 da pertuto tani colone non a informato per le cozze che a lasciato al frigo

Nu am putut dormi din cauza mașinilor care treceau cu viteză, camera fiind amplasată fix în strada. Iar frigiderul scotea de asemenea un zgomot insuportabil.
