Shower was a trickle 😏
The staff were very polite and helpful
It seems in need of a refurb, the rooms aren’t great, uncomfortable bed and terrible shower.
Staff helpful, beds clean very comfortable, hot water, nice coffee at breakfast, our suite was clean and bright, very large bed, large deep bath
The breakfast buffet was squashed into a small corner, no serving spoons in fruit or yoghurt bowls so people were using spoons mixing cereals and yogurt into every open bowl I have a gluten allergy so couldn't eat anything fruit and yoghurt was contaminated, the bacon was dry and hard,balcony furniture was old rusty and table had sharp metal edges

One sitting for all guests. Standard of food was like school dinners. Poor value for money.
Our visit was for 3 days, but only ate in the hotel once.
The location is great and the staff were all really friendly. Also, the bar stas open at night which doesn't happen in a lot of hotels.
The rooms were quite small and the bathrooms tiny and although I booked 6 rooms all at the same time we were spread out all over the hotel. Parking was not easy, 2 cars just managed to get in at the front of the hotel and the other had to park on the road. We came down to breakfast at 9.45am on the first morning and there wasn't much left, the staff dd cook more for us but we obviously had to wait, we didn't have breakfast the next day. I was attracted by the 'adults only' but although the youngest of our party is 61 and the eldest 79, we felt at times that we were in a care home. It was not the best fit for our group sadly, but we still had a very nice weekend.

Everything - Lovely hotel. Great location. Friendly & helpful staff - (reception & bar).Super breakfast.
Asked for a different table at breakfast- due to being a tiny bit small. Told it would be fine, tables would be emptied to make room for all breakfast items.
Check out - not as friendly as Check in. Not asked if we'd enjoyed our stay or if everything had been okay. Just asked what our room number was.
Pool and jacuzzi were a bonus. Friendly, helpful staff.

Check out seemed early at 10.00 am. The waiter didn’t get our food order correct at the evening meal.

Parking was very awkward, The room was awful, the worst we have ever stayed in. Certainly not a deluxe room that we had booked and paid for. The duvet was badly stained. Bathroom windows were a disgrace. There was window sealer hanging down on the bedroom window.The whole room was rough and needed a complete renovation. Do not let them put you in room 520.. Evening meals are served at 6 pm only, with a menu choice of 4 items per course.That was not mentioned when booking. Breakfast served until 9.30 am, and was very basic. The toaster was turned off at 9.35am.10am check OUT. was awkward, simply to Early. Reception was mostly unmanned, There was no one there to check us out, so I just left the key card on the side. Do not be misled by the ADULT ONLY. It should read senior citizens only.
We would not recommend this hotel to anyone under 60 years of age. We will not be returning.

The only thing I would mark the hotel down on is the amount of stairs we had to climb to get to our room but that is partially my fault for not asking for a ground floor room
