Nice Hotel. Spoiled by the position of our bedroom.
Pros:

Nice comfortable Hotel. Breakfast was nice. Staff helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Our bedroom was clean and comfortable but the last set of stairs. I didn't like. I felt nervous everytime I used them.

Pros:

Breakfast ok.room was large and clean and staff were friendly.

Cons:

Limited choice at breakfast and waiting for hot food to be replenished only had one machine for toast, so stood waiting awhile also one member of staff manning the bar waited awhile to be served

got a full refund did not stay nowhere to park even tho i rang before booking and was told''loads of parking''not true
but the manager agreed to a full refund

Pros:

Location is good and all the areas that have been renovated are nice

Cons:

The room we was in was right at the back of the hotel and hasn’t been updated yet. The room wasn’t very clean with cobwebs in the corners and fluff and hairs around the outer edge of the carpet
