Wonderful vacation
Pros:

Very nice staff especially mariam at the reception and the pool woman and all staff members

Staff was very professional

Cons:

Hotel is wearing out and loosing its shine. Require renovation especially in the bathrooms. Only shampoo and shower gel available. I suggest to put hygiene products such as earpods, toothbrush...etc
The salads in the dinners get recycled in the morning not partially but fully. I would suggest to put in each meal fresh salads.
Seats in the balcony are hard, I would put seat softner or pillow.
The price is not reflecting the level of rooms and board....

مدخل الفندق سيىء اطلالته غير جيدة

Cons:

- مساحة السويت صغيرة جداً لا تكفي 4 اشخاص اشخاص كفاية.
- مستلزمات الغرفة غير مكتملة ويجب طلبها وبعضها لا يعمل.
- اماكن النوم غير مريحة.

Все понравилось, еда вкусная и разнообразная, очень чисто, убираются каждый день! Свой пляж чистый, цены в ресторане дешевле чем на улице!

My favorite place ever
Pros:

Mahmoud the receptionist was so kind we had easy check-in and comfortable check out.

We ask for exchange money machine and they had no idea about that even though there’s one in the hotel

Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Als sie vom Geburtstag meiner Frau erfahren hatten, schenkten sie uns einen Kuchen. Das hat uns sehr gefreut. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
