Pros:

Great hospitality and Mariam at the reception was so helpful and decent. They contained the issue of the room paint smell with a very good upgrade and all the staff were very helpful and always smiling. Great stay

Pros:

Location--hotel is closed to a busy street with sea view. I could not sleep at all for two nights because of the noise from the passing cars. Although the sea view was beautiful but the noise was unbearable.

Cons:

I wanted to connect to regular wifi (not high-speed), and I was given instruction on how to connect. I thought it supposed to be the regular Wi-FI, not the high-speed one, but it turned out to be the high-speed internet, which was paid. I really wasn't expecting that. So be careful-the Wi_FI in this hotel is NOT FREE. It is very tricky.

Heerlijk verblijf gehad.
Pros:

Zeer vriendelijk personeel, fijne ligging en de kamers zijn top. Heel schoon, mooie faciliteiten. Heerlijke bedden, perfect geslapen. Kawthar, de dame bij de bar in de lobby is zo lief en vriendelijk, daar bestel je graag een koffie, altijd met een stralende lach. Ze hebben er ook heerlijk gebak en broodjes. Pinautomaat in de lobby, super handig. Overal snelle wifi beschikbaar. Alle ruimtes zijn spik en span, kortom, een aanrader!

Cons:

Eigenlijk niets.

Not what I expected
Pros:

The buffet was really good and the staff were trying their level best to accommodate the guests , the view is amazing

Cons:

The location was very very noisy and a lot of road works and loud motor bikes and cars 24 hours, the construction don’t abide by the set timing they posted

كانت الغرفة نظيفة والسرير مريحا.
كان الفطار لذيذا ومتنوعا.
كانت القهوة بالحليب رائعة، لم أتوقع أن أجد هذه الجودة في مصر!
شكر خاص للموظفة الطيبة في الاستقال التي اهتمت بابنتيّ وأعطت لهما بوظة، كانت لطيفة جدا.
