للأسف التجربة في هذا الفندق كانت دون المستوى المتوقع تماماً ولا تعكس المبلغ المالي الكبير المدفوع، والفندق لا يقدم أي "قيمة مقابل سعر" مقارنة بالفنادق الأخرى بنفس الفئة والسعر والتي تُعد أرقى وأفضل بكثير.
أبرز السلبيات التي واجهتها:
سوء التعامل في البوفيه وتقييد المشروبات: رغم أن حجزي شامل الإفطار والعشاء ومدفوع بالكامل، إلا أنه تم التعامل بأسلوب غير لائق ومؤسف في المطعم، حيث يُمنع حتى شرب المياه أو المشروبات الأساسية مع العشاء، وهو أمر غير مقبول إطلاقاً في فندق بهذا السعر.
ازدحام شديد وسوء إدارة للمطعم: المطعم يعاني من ازدحام خرافى وقلة تنظيم، مع ضعف شديد في تنوع الأطعمة وعدم كفايتها لاستيعاب أعداد النزلاء، مما يدل على سوء تخطيط وإدارة واضحة.
سوء التواصل وعدم الاحترافية في الاستقبال: موظفو الريسبشن يفتقرون لمهارات التواصل وحل المشكلات، وبدلاً من امتصاص غضب النزيل ومساعدته يتم التعامل بسلبية، وأخص بالذكر الموظف (شادي) لعدم تعامله الاحترافي مع المشكلة.
لا أنصح بالإقامة في هذا الفندق إطلاقاً، وتوجد خيارات كثيرة بنفس السعر تقدم مستوى أرقى وخدمة تحترم النزيل بشكل أفضل.

An excellent experience from a regular client.
Pros:

All in all was very good

Cons:

THE COFFEE everywhere in all outlets,bitter,feels reheated..bad blend.
The rate that changes every day according to occupancy,I tried to extend my stay for a third night with the same rate,but found out that my room rate was risen by 20% overnight which I find a bit ridiculous.
Thankyou,I was treated very well to the extent that I wasn't allowed to pay for my in room dining dinner while I was checking out and ready to pay my extras.

1-Location inside the city, with front sea view .
2- lovely staff members the valet & reception and concierge.
3- very good breakfast buffet, although more tables in the restaurant are required.
4- Hilton sand beach is clean and organized with good activities.

Cons:

1-The Backside entrance location.
2-Sea water was not clean at all, couldn’t swim in it.
