The Ritz was exactly what we expected and more!
Pros:

Upon check-in, Sedef and Julien greeted me with warm smiles and pleasantries! I shared that my husband and I were celebrating our 29th anniversary and minutes later we were gifted with some bubbly and a sweet to share!! A HUGE thank you to your amazing staff, especially Sedef and Julien❤️

Very comfortable location, clean rooms and excellent service.
Pros:

The location and it is a very classy hotel.

Cons:

The building is old and some times feels claustrophobic because it doesn’t have enough windows in the lobby.

Good for a night or 2 if you want to feel fancy but it will cost you.
Pros:

The location was perfect for where I was going and the time and distance. When you walk into the hotel you get a new upscale vibe with a little bit of the old time charm. Like finding a rotary phone would not be out of place 😀. In a very good way. The staff was nice, very helpful and accommodating.

Cons:

For the price you pay per night, you could just offer free parking. If you have never been to the location, before the front entrance can be a bit hard to find, as the signage is not that big and noticeable. Microwave and mini fridges would go along way here. Maybe some rooms have it but it would be nice to see it in all the rooms

Pros:

I love how clean the property is kept. The valet drivers are always professional and extremely accommodating.

Cons:

I dislike how small the bathrooms are. The toilet is in the same room as the shower. All toilets should be in a separate room.

Great Ritz Service and Club Level
Pros:

We loved our stay here. We enjoyed the location and ease of walking to the two malls from the hotel. The shuttle they provide is also convenient for nearby dinners. We stayed at the Club Level, which was fantastic. Service was consistently great the entire stay. We will come back for sure.
