Tolle Ausgangspunkt für Lyon oder auf die Durchreise
Pros:

Die Lage, die Ausstattung im Bad sowie im Zimmer mit Klimaanlage, das Frühstück und der gesicherten Parkplatz, denn wir waren auf die Durchreise und wollten das Auto nicht komplett ausleeren. Die Plätze sind begrenzt aber wir hatten Glück.

Cons:

Die Lüftung im Bad war ein wenig schwach.

Personnel agréable, mais propreté très décevante
Pros:

Le personnel était très aimable et accueillant. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est également agréable et pratique. La chambre était globalement bien équipée.

Cons:

Propreté insuffisante : cheveux dans le lit, sur le linge de lit, sous l’alèse, ainsi que cheveux et odeur désagréable dans les sanitaires. Après un long trajet en voiture, cela a fortement gâché notre séjour.

La réponse de la direction après réclamation m’a également déçu. Le premier retour était poli, mais très peu personnalisé, sans même mentionner mon nom. Ensuite, seul un geste commercial pour un éventuel prochain séjour a été proposé, ce qui ne compense pas le désagrément subi. Une réponse ultérieure contenait en plus une erreur factuelle en parlant de deux nuitées, alors que nous n’avons passé qu’une seule nuit dans l’hôtel.

Very comfortable and nice hotel
Pros:

Good location. Not too far from either gare Dieu on the east or the commercial center on the West.

The bed was extremely comfortable. The gym was also extremely comprehensive. Quiet rooms. Close to Velov station.
