Great value in a great location
Pros:

Ali, the man working there, was super helpful and kind. We don't speak French, but he put up with our terrible Spanish for working through details. The value of the hotel and location is excellent.

Cons:

It was about €20 cheaper than the next closest option, so it wasn't the most luxurious, but it was a private room in a great location.

Un hotel que no llega a pensión.
Pros:

La estancia no fue nada satisfactoria, a pesar de estar muy bien situado. Para ser un hotel no había nadie en la recepción. Allí colgaba un cartel en el que decía que en un rato venía, pero nunca llego el recepcionista. Una mujer, aparentemente relacionada con la propiedad nos ayudó algo. Inicialmente nos dieron una habitación con el armario roto y sin luz en el lavabo. Además no estaba limpia. Nos cambiamos a otra habitación, pues las llaves estaban a disposición y la habitación estaba vacía. Encima no había aire acondicionado -en una semana de ola de calor en Francia- solo un misero y destartalado ventilador. Cancelamos la segunda noche sin esperanza de que nos devuelvan el dinero. Es un hotel a evitar. La foto que aparece en Booking no se corresponde con la realidad. Booking debería controlar más las instalaciones que ofrece.

La vétusté des équipements de la chambre (sèche cheveux hs, serviettes toutes fines et déchirées, moisissures de tous les joints de la salle de bain...).
Peinture refaite avec des débordements partout, le scotch de protection encore présent sur les appliques murales, placard repeint en noir mais dont l'ancienne peinture rouge ressort toujours. Travaux électriques dont l'enduit est encore brut et non terminé...
La literie était vraiment moyenne.
Les couvertures et équipements supplémentaires pliés et rangés en vrac dans le placard.

Le WIFI annoncé n'était pas accessible et s'arrêtait à la chambre d'à côté.
Impossible de dormir car des gens discutait sous notre fenêtre au RdC ....
Traces de champignons dans les sanitaires.
Verre ébréché au petit dej. Il a fallut demandé les croissants et le pain qu'il n'y avait plus.

Okay budget hotel
Pros:

This is hard. I booked a much loved hotel that I'd stayed in four times before over the last 23 years. Expected the slightly grumpy owner, fig tree lined courtyard, bar and Prix fixed french menu. The smell that only old school french hotels have.
The new owner was very courteous and the check in was easy. But it was like the Marie Celeste with the soul ripped out of it. All the French charm gone.
However, academically, it was 45 euros, the room was clean if dated and it's close to the lovely centre of Dijon.
Parking easy.

Unterkunft ist nicht akzeptabel, ich frage mich ob Booking Unterkünfte überhaupt mal überprüft, hatten Zimmer2, ein Zweibettzimmer, es roch feucht und muffig, es war unbewohnbar Ersatzzimmer nicht möglich. Höhepunkt war der Vorhang als Toilettentür im selben Raum. Wir mussten anderes Hotel buchen.
Haben das vorausgezahlte Geld eingebüßt.

Für eine Nacht passabel
Pros:

Frühstück ok, auch ohne Selbstbedienung am Buffet, man kann zu Fuß ins Stadtzentrum gehen.

Cons:

Kein Hotel-Parkplatz, an der Hauptstraße kaum Platz und ab 9:00 Uhr gebührenpflichtig.
Allgemein ist vieles renovierungsbedürftig, von der Einrichtung (kaputter Lampenschirm, Bade- und WC-Bereich) bis zum Innenhof.
