Sale , veilleur de nuit absent qui t'observe par caméra et te dit quoi faire y compris pour le paiement de la taxe de séjour, pas de petit déjeuner... Une arnaque

Pas de chauffage,
Chasse d'eau qui fuit
Pas d'électricité le matin au réveil donc pas d'eau chaude.
Personne à la réception au horaires prévu. Nécessité de contact par téléphone.

Établissement sale, accueil à revoir. On nous donne les clés d’une autre chambre déjà occupée, pour s’apercevoir qu’en fait il s’agit d’un pass général qui peut ouvrir toutes les chambres. Chambre sale, trou dans le mur caché par un mouchoir sale (voir photo). Douche bouchée. Aucune place de parking, ni stationnement gratuit comme indiqué !
J’aurais du me fier aux commentaires ! Je ne recommande pas du tout.

Robinetterie baignoire à changer et évacuation d’eau

La taille de la télé, mon écran de portable est plus grand... Et la propreté... L'état des chambres... Paroi de douche hs et pas de robinet thermostatique.... Ampoule sur certain luminaire absente. Bref et j'en passe.

Extremely disappointed and felt cheated.

We booked a room for four people, but upon arrival, we were told that no four-person room was available due to a mistake made by the owner. Instead of taking responsibility, He took his frustration out on us.

After some time, he came up with a solution: a room for three people. When I pointed out that this was not an option, as there were four of us standing at reception 🤷, he eventually offered a three-person room plus a separate single bed.

It was late, so we went out into the city, expecting everything to be ready when we returned. However, when we entered the room, we were shocked. It was more like a broom closet, with a toilet in the middle of the room, no partition wall, and a toilet that wouldn't flush. There was no shower, either. Above the bed was a huge, open, tilted window in a high ceiling, with no curtains.

In the middle of the night, it started raining, and rain poured through the open window, leaving the bed soaking wet. In the end, we had no choice but to sleep on the floor in the three-person room.

The next day, I confronted the owner about the situation. He admitted that the room was not officially a hotel room and claimed that it was a room he sometimes used to sleep in himself.

When I asked for a refund, he became extremely rude and aggressive. We eventually agreed that he would refund our money, but he never did. He has also ignored our emails and requests for assistance through Booking.com.

Besides that we also booked a room including breakfast. upon arrival, he told us we had to pay an additional significant amount more for breakfast.

In my opinion, this was an unacceptable experience. The owner was aggressive, dishonest, and completely unprofessional. I strongly advise others to be cautious before booking this accommodation.

Insalubrité de la salle de bain. Extérieur sale.
Etc...etc... on ne reviendra pas.

Parking was on a busy road and not secure
Bedding choices were poor
Bathroom facilities in poor condition
Currently being mildly refurbished
Its cheap for a reason

Chargeur de téléphone disparu de ma chambre.
Pas de serviette pour se sécher; à la place, des chaussures et chaussettes sales dans le meuble de salle de bain.
Petit-déjeuner insuffisant : même pas d'œuf, rien de salé.
