Great staff member who welcomed us and was super friendly. We enjoyed out stay!
The only issue from an otherwise excellent stay was some damage (a large hole) to the cloth side covering of our bed that needs to be fixed.
Bed was comfortable at least. Nice to have towels provided.
Cockroach infestation needs to be sorted out. I've seen previous reviews only after staying there once making the same claims. Tried sleeping only for a cockroach to move around on my pillow. While I was allowed a change of room, I still found 2-3 more in the bathroom.
I didn’t even stay over it was dirty and not as advertised. I checked in, saw the place and just left. The receptionist was kind though

The receptionist was very polite. Location was nice right near a lovely park
None if the windows opened, 2 panes of glass in window were cracked, they were covered in mould, curtains were covered in mould, it smelt of damp and mould. headboard was covered in cobwebs and dust, side rable was full of cigarette burns. There were beer bottles and cans all outside front entrance, it stank of canibis, inside and out front peoplecwere stood there smoking it in plain site, I asked reception who all those people are, he said they were homeless people and refugees staying there. And no breakfast was available
What a Hell hole . It is basically a hostel and I couldn’t stay there as didn’t feel safe at all. The front door was open when it should have been locked. There were posters all around about people trafficking. Booking.com should be ashamed advertising it as a 3 star hotel
Everything , was basically a hostel for people with no address which is fine as long as advertised as that
Location was okay but there was no breakfast facility that was disappointing and there was no milk in the room to make coffee or tea and I asked staff but I was told to wait until 11am when cleaners came so I had to run down to shop and get it my self. By 11am I had to check out. I had to have 2 cold shower staff forgot to turn boiler on .

EVERY kind of awful! Shower didn’t work, light in communal shower didn’t work, hairdryer didn’t work, replacement hairdryer worked for 5 minutes, replacement room had peeling wallpaper, shower ceiling full of mould, hole punched in door, mixer tap missing so water came straight out of the wall!! Complaints email ignored…DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
Unable to get gold of staff for payment. Poor quality of the room. Pictures do not reflect the building or inside. Not a nice bunch of people hanging out, outside the building.

Nothings it was absolutely filthy!!! Didn’t stay
* Dirty and heavily soiled carpets/floors.
* Cigarette ends and rubbish behind the bedside furniture.
* Dirt and debris that appeared not to have been cleaned for a considerable period.
* Holes and damage to the walls.
* Dirty and damaged bed bases.
* Dirty woodwork, doors and skirting.
* A shower/bathroom that was visibly dirty and appeared not to have been properly cleaned.
* General dirt and grime throughout the rooms.
There was no breakfast plus it felt more like a HMO rather than a hotel, very dirty and needs a lot of updating in some particular areas.
I couldn't sleep to well as the doors constantly banging and you can here guest next door and above, my room G08 needs a lot of repair and the none excistant view just a breeze block wall to look at so very poor.
