Might stay again as not extreme heat all the time and only unhappy as it was a special day for our sons wedding
Pros:

It was a lovely hotel on first visit, friendly staff and nice rooms…..BUT…..

Cons:

On the hottest day of the year and getting dressed for our son’s wedding, the air conditioning stopped working! They did their best to get it fixed but didn’t work and the portable air con units were not sufficient. It was unbearable and coming back to hotel after wedding the room was like an oven, didn’t sleep at all well and left us exhausted next day for our return flight to Scotland

My 9 nights stay in London
Pros:

Safe and peaceful area, buffet has many variaties Big supermarket next to the hotel that offers everything, housekeeping staff were very sweet. Free laundry room available. Westfield shopping centre is close. Bus station is so near. Special thanks to Mr Saif. He was very helpful and understanding, I really do appreciate his help. Hotel provided 3 portable fans when there was a problem with the AC.

Cons:

General hygiene of the hotel wasn't the best, especially the restaurant where the buffet is served, many times the tables and chairs were not clean. There were no amenities like slippers in the room, which i consider important. Buffet food is always the same every day. TV is poor, and YouTube doesn't always work. There is no proper quiet area for business meetings. Weather in London was so hot, and AC were not working properly. There were not too many shopping or attractions nearby.

A Perfect Way to Unwind. Thanks to Daniel
Pros:

Wonderful end to a travel day at the Marriott London Kensington. After the family turned in, I came down to the bar for a quiet drink on my own and ended up having a great time thanks to Daniel, the bartender. He was friendly, easy to talk to, and made for genuinely welcome company. After a long, stressful day of travel, it was exactly the kind of relaxed, unwinding moment I needed. Daniel’s hospitality made all the difference. Highly recommend stopping by for a drink if you’re staying here.

Sad sausages and unhelpful staff.
Pros:

Shower, take away coffee.

Cons:

Sausages, overpriced in store shop, reception staff were rude and unhelpful. Bad layout for breakfast. Dingey room, pictures deceiving. It is a bedsit not an apartment. Overpriced for its worth.

Pros:

Daniel at the bar was the best! Excellent service, friendly and made the best drinks. Front office staff was friendly and very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing Bar Scene
Pros:

Fantastic stay at this location. Wanted a libero and came down to the bar and was greeted by Daniel. Exceptional drinkologist! The Old Fashioned prepared is now in my top 5.

Great - was exactly what we needed for a family of five. Very family friendly
Pros:

Lovely spacious room. Very clean. Good air con which was essential as the weather was hot and sunny. Staff friendly. Good location. Easy to get taxi or Uber.

Cons:

Lift was slow at times but hey it’s about the journey and not the destination. Haha
