El personal muy amable y nos ayudó mucho en cuanto a información sobre transporte en la ciudad.
La cama cómoda, una zona de estar agradable.

Cons:

La habitación era pequeña, armario pequeño para cuatro días de estancia. La cama pegada a la puerta del cuarto de baño que era también pequeño. El desayuno muy normal, nada especial. La ubicación tampoco me gustó, demasiado lejos del centro, aunque tenía un metro cerca y disponibilidad de autobuses también cerca.

Solid choice if you need to stay close to Central London at a reasonable budget on a family trip.
Pros:

Location and upkeep were good. Staff was helpful.

Cons:

One elevator was broken for the entire week and never fixed, the remaining one was extra slow and caused a lot of inconvenience.

Colazione ricca anche se ogni giorno uguale, poca frutta | camera molto comoda con un cucinino, ideale nel caso vi siano bambini per riscaldare o tenere cibo in frigo | letto molto comodo | pulizia ottima (no moquette!!) anche considerati gli standard inglesi che non sono elevatissimi

Pros:

It’s a wonderful hotel with an attentive and responsive staff. Our only quibble is the slow elevators. The bar is great for winding down at the end of a busy day. A big thank you for the 5 star service of bartenders Daniel & Gilson who handled some busy evenings with back to back World Cup semi finals!
