Pros:

Staff were lovely and friendly. Good location. Comfy beds

The a/c is not working during summer time and it was too hot to stay.
Pros:

The location is good the room is big and the staff is nice.

Cons:

The A/C in some room is not working, I went there during summer with the heat wave and it was really hot. The room was fully booked, therefore the staff could not do anything to help. They provided us the fan but it really small and loud, didn’t help with anything most likely to be useless. I would not recommend to stay here during summer.

Pros:

Nuestra experiencia en este hotel ha sido excelente. Lo primero que me gustaría destacar es la profesionalidad y amabilidad de todo el personal. Desde el equipo del desayuno hasta el personal de recepción y de habitaciones, todos nos atendieron siempre con una sonrisa, dispuestos a ayudar y haciendo que nuestra estancia fuera muy agradable. Sin duda, es uno de los puntos fuertes del hotel.
La ubicación también es fantástica, con una estación de metro muy cerca y excelentes conexiones para llegar rápidamente al centro de Londres, lo que facilita mucho las visitas a la ciudad.
La habitación nos pareció muy cómoda, bien climatizada, con una cama muy confortable y un excelente aislamiento acústico, por lo que pudimos descansar sin ningún ruido durante la noche.
En definitiva, es un hotel totalmente recomendable por su ubicación, sus instalaciones y, sobre todo, por la calidad humana y la profesionalidad de todo su equipo. Sin duda, volveríamos a alojarnos aquí.
