Velký ruch při rekonstrukci ,málo vybavená kuchyň,staré ne moc pohodlné matrace,celkově už starší typ apartmánu,chtělo byto refrešnout

Construction and directions to check in was not clear

The property is under construction, and I wasn’t notified until after our booking went through. You can expect to hear construction all day and smell the paint while trying to enjoy the pool. The lobby is empty and there isn’t any staff. I found this out when I arrived to check- in and there’s a paper taped to the door. You have to drive to a different location to check-in, and you will be treated like an inconvenience. The rooms are outdated and falling apart. We stayed for 5 days and received zero service. No room touch ups or new towels for my family of 4. The dishes that come with the room were dirty and it was disgusting. I have stayed here previously and it was a completely night and day difference.

No clear directions on how to check in and no staff on site confusing and when we called for assistance no answer ever. Note posted on door where to check in even though they said they could not help us on phone very confusing check in process. Work being done on site so loud, dusty and inconvenient roped off areas. We were made aware of this once we booked. The Main entrances were unlocked and not secured at any time of day.

The unit needed updating, and the furniture both inside and on the lanai is dirty and old.

The wrong we got it did not have a Jacuzzi tub and the room from what we seen online the room was totally different

Bought spray but they just kept appearing
After spraying kitchen they were in the bathrooms
Mold in second bathroom

I booked for the balcony didn’t know it was under construction until you make the reservation

Por ahora no es bueno para quedarse por que esta en remodelacon o construcción y no tiene. Recepcion y hay que ir en vehiculo a buscar la llave a otro sitio, la llave nunca me funciono y tuve que ir 3 veces a esa recepcion la atencion es buena pero nunca me dieron una llave que funcionara entonces si salia de la habitacion tenia que llamar y esperar a que vinieran abrirme y esperar 15 minutos afuera e inclusive al regresar de la playa tuve que esperar 30 minutos afuera ya que no les habria la puerta

Sound of the traffic from the road

Poor maintenance of apartment facilities. Faulty smoke alarm which beeped and had to be reset over and over, no power to microwave. No one on site to contact, must call another hotel to report problems, however, no one seems to answer the number provided.
