L'accueil. Une première personne, très professionnelle, charmante, s'est occupée de moi à mon arrivée pour prendre mes bagages, cf j'étais arrivée tôt et il fallait attendre. Aucun souci et je suis donc partie visiter la ville en attendant. Quand je suis revenue, la chambre n'était pas prête. Pas de souci. Je propose de monter travailler avec mon ordi au rooftop en attendant. La junior qui a pris le relais me dit qu'elle me viendra me prévenir qd la chambre serait prête. Elle n'est jamais venue. (Ni indiqué le wifi d'ailleurs) Et qd je suis redescendue, 2h plus tard, aucune réaction. Ou Oups... Désolée. Ou autre. J'étais juste... inexistante. Elle m'a mm demandé de payer la chambre déjà réglée, avant de rectifier. Même sentiment le lendemain matin pour la prise du petit déjeuner. Personne en salle. Et il a fallu que je demande à la réception où se prenait le petit déjeuner. Personne ne me l'avait indiqué alors qu'il faut sortir à l'exterieur, s'agissant d'un autre bâtiment. J'ai connu mieux dans d'autres Best Western.

Cons:

Pas de bouteille d'eau. Le SPA et piscine sur le toit n'est pas très joli, c'est peu soigné.

Pros:

Hôtel was great in every way except the sauna wasn’t working one day and wasn’t fixed in time. Otherwise a great place to stay. Awesome breakfast.
