Magali a l'accueil qui a mis notre parole en doute à plusieurs reprises. La première sur le fait que nous ayons demandé la veille un late check out et que le ménage navait pas été fait car nous nous serions trompé de panneau à accrocher à la porte. On a vérifié plusieurs fois on est sur de ne pas s'être trompé. Mais c'est franchement désagréable de se faire porter la responsabilité vu le standing et prix payé. Le reste du staff est super

I could hear the noise from the street.
We were moving to a higher room on the third floor, that fixed the problem, however the smell coming from the moquete of the toilet was unbearable. They didn’t have any more rooms available, therefore we couldn’t be changed again.

Wir hatten die schönste Junior Suite mit eigener Terrasse und grandioser Aussicht bekommen.
Wir schätzten sehr, dass auch eine Tiefgarage für die Hotelgäste vorhanden war.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war für französische Verhältnisse sehr reichhaltig und lecker.
La disponibilité déplorable du Wi-Fi. 84 % de disponibilité en fin d'après-midi et en soirée (j'ai conservé l'enregistrement des déconnexions incessantes), ce qui empêche toute connexion stable pour des activités professionnelles. La force du Wi-Fi dans ma chambre oscillait entre 0 et 2. Le personnel, très sympathique, aurait été d'accord pour partager une autre connexion, mais cela ne constitue pas une offre structurelle. Pour le reste, cet établissement est parfait pour moi, mais sans amélioration avérée du Wi-Fi, je n'y remettrai plus les pieds.
