Hôtel bien situé qui mériterait un coup de jeunesse dans les chambres. Personnel au top.
Pros:

L'accueil chaleureux et l'espace dans l'appartement qui était doté de tous les éléments utiles pour passer un moment agréable.
Petit déjeuner avec un choix d'aliments multiples.

Cons:

L'odeur de tabac, la saleté des rideaux et la poussière emmagasinée sur la grille du ventilateur.
Les équipements vieillissants.
Le parking payant non renseigné au moment de la location.

Correcto, pero podría mejorar.
Pros:

Las habitaciones son amplias, los colchones son muy cómodos. La ubicación aunque un poco alejada del centro, es muy tranquila. El personal de recepción que nos atendió fue muy atento. Para pasar una noche está correcto.

Cons:

En cuanto a la cocina, estaba un poco destartalada y no muy limpia. Los utensilios de cocina podrían estar mejor. En el baño, el estante donde dejar los cepillos o los jabones estaba roto. En la habitación de 2 camas el enchufe de detrás de la mesilla estaba roto. Los ventiladores que hay en las habitaciones, uno está lleno de polvo y el otro parece un barco, hace mucho ruido.

L'ascenseur.

Cons:

L'appartement vétuste, les meubles cassés qui tombent en lambeaux. Le matériel cassé, l'équipement manquant la propreté qui laisse à désirer. La liste étant longue je dois certainement oublier des choses...

Pros:

L’emplacement sur les bords de Vienne est agréable.

Cons:

La reservation pour le parking n’est pas claire. Le site de booking indique qu’une réservation anticipée n’est pas possible et lors de l’arrivée on m’annonce que si je voulais une place, j’aurais dû prendre contact avec eux.
Le fauteuil était complètement cassé et il y avait un chouchou sur la table de nuit ce qui questionne sur le ménage.

Van een scam gesproken.
Pros:

Locatie: super dicht bij de rivier. Prachtig om langs te wandelen, de oude brug te bezichtigen.

Cons:

Gisteren verbleven we in het Appart city hotel te Limoges. We reserveerden via Booking.com.
Na aankomst in onze kamer bleek dat dit helemaal niet aan de verwachtingen voldeed volgens de website. Een erg verouderde, vuile kamer:
- de gordijnen waren zwart
- van de kasten waren brokken af, deurtjes konden niet open.
- de douchewand bevatte zwarte schimmel
- de ventilator was stuk
- de lamp was vuil en beschimmeld.
- het tapijt was vuil en stonk.
- het was er duidelijk niet deftig gepoetst, er lagen nog papiertjes, armband van vorige klanten op de grond.
- er kon maar 1 van de 3 ramen open, voor de andere 2 stond het bed
We hadden de pech een kamer op niveau van een heel drukke baan te hebben.
We gingen om hulp vragen bij de receptie, wilden graag een kamer zoals ze deze presenteren online. Of op zijn minst een ventilator die werkte want het was er snikheet!
Het enige antwoord: Wij kunnen hier niks aan doen, u moet een klacht indienen.
Ze bieden op de website mooi ingerichte kamers aan met laminaat, jammer een loze belofte is.
Dit was helemaal zijn geld niet waard.
