チェックイン等の従業員の対応が今一つだった。すべて機械対応だったため、不明点があってもこちらから聞かないといけなかった

Excellent Value for Money
Pros:

The location is highly convenient, with Niigata Station just around 200 meters away. While on-site parking is limited, there are several nearby parking facilities, so finding a space is not difficult.

The hotel is clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Overall, the stay offers excellent value for money, and I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit.
