It is really a beautiful setting with very helpful staff
Pros:

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly

Cons:

I had a broken tile in my room, which was dangerous as it had sharp edges. I did report it, but it was not repaired.

It was lovely and a privilege to stay there. The room and view was amazing. Little things missed.

The staff were amazing - the accommodation was amazing - the complimentary wine was amazing (we purchased two cases before leaving)

Cons:

Items at breakfast were not available... no honey, no pork sausages, etc.
It was my wife's birthday and I requested some nice turn up at breakfast when I booked. The message did not reach the staff so I had to go explain and ask in the morning. The staf had to scramble to put something together. Really appreciated that but there was a gap...

Very nice!! Pack in your active wear! The scenic walks through the vineyards are beautiful.
Pros:

The views are phenomenal. The staff very friendly and accommodating. The room was well equipped and felt spacious. We also had massages that were incredible.

Cons:

The breakfast that was included was not that nice. The eggs were cold and the english muffin was a bit stale. There was a drain smell in our bathroom and the glass bathroom door was difficult to close.

Comfortable Stay in a Beautiful Setting
Pros:

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at this resort in the Stellenbosch vineyards. The property is welcoming, well maintained, and set in a beautiful location. The staff were exceptionally friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality options.

Cons:

The only downside was the room, which could benefit from some updating. Considering the price of the stay, even during the winter season, we expected a more modern room. Nevertheless, the overall experience was positive, and we would recommend the resort.

Very enjoyable night stay with stunning views and an amazing breakfast
Pros:

The room was large with a lovely view of the vineyards/dams and wildlife. The Bathroom was large and clean. Breakfast was amazing. Very large choice and beautifully presented. Loved sitting on the terrace looking at the view. Car park was close to the hotel. Enjoyed a lovely glass of complimentary wine when we checked in at reception. Dinner was amazing at the Fleetwood Mac Tribut evening.

Cons:

My husband has Parkinsons and we were a bit concerned about the stairs down to the reception from the car park and to the first floor bedroom. The receptionist did say if it was a problem to call her, and she would see if she could put us on the ground floor. Service at the dinner in the ballroom was not good. My main course arrived after my husband had finished. I never got my desert, although I asked for it again.

Excellent location close to town.

Cons:

Bath taps leaking. Carpets dirty. Feel lost on arrival. Had to ask where my room was after key was handed over and no explanation of facilities.
