Atendimento maravilhoso dos funcionários. Quarto espaçoso e cama confortável. Só faltou uma porta no banheiro para que a claridade não chegasse ao quarto

Gostei das acomodações, a paisagem maravilhosa, com lago na frente dos quartos, com varanda, quartos enormes, os funcionários fora de série, café da manhã muito bom também..
Localização ótima, perto de tudo, desde que vc tenha um carro alugado na sua mão, senão fica difícil..

Cons:

A comida, no jantar, poderia ser melhor elaborada, mais opções de cardápio, deixou a desejar….

Beau vignoble. Cadre très agréable. Wine tasting appréciable.

Cons:

Quelques loupés tout au long du séjour. Malgré la gentillesse du personnel, cela joue sur le court séjour.
Nous devions etre tenu informées de la disponibilité pour les créneaux des massages - cela n'a pas été fait.
Un réveil très tôt par le service de blanchisserie (ils ne font que leur travail bien sûr mais nous aurions apprécié nous réveiller dans dautres conditions et à un horaire different)
Les cuisines fermées a l'heure du dîner car pas bcp de personnes, personne ne nous a informé. Nous avons quand meme pu dîner après avoir échangé avec quelques membres du personnel très gentils, mais avec un menu très restreint.

Asara truly exceeded our already high expectations. The entire staff was incredibly attentive. A special thanks to Calvin, the wine bar manager, who made our experience even more memorable by being so thoughtful regarding our honeymoon. He made our stay absolutely incredible

Tolle Lage, sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal, ausgezeichnetes Essen und eine hervorragend
Pros:

Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Es gab eine große Auswahl an frischen Produkten zur Selbstbedienung sowie warme Speisen, die à la carte frisch zubereitet wurden. Alles war sehr ansprechend präsentiert, von bester Qualität und ausgesprochen lecker.

Cons:

Ein kleiner Verbesserungspunkt: Im Zimmer gab es nur zwei Steckdosen, die zudem im südafrikanischen Format ausgeführt waren. Dadurch war das gleichzeitige Laden mehrerer Geräte etwas umständlich. Es empfiehlt sich, einen südafrikanischen Reiseadapter mitzubringen.
