You don't wanna know what I got to say about everything.
Pros:

The staff was very nice and friendly the room the AC unit kept on rattling I didn't get any sleep I did call and complaint there was a drug dealer going on in the back towards the 202 that's where our room was the bathroom the wallpaper was peeling off the carpet was disgusting it looked like it had been cleaned in years and there was crap on the floor that kept on sticking me in the foot thank God I didn't get sick or have to go to the hospital. The light on the table or desk whatever you want to consider it I plugged my tablet in to charge it and that light started flickering I unplugged my tablet and plugged it somewhere else and I turned on the light and it still flickered I think the amount that I paid was ridiculous I was charged for Friday the 19th June 2026 and I didn't even get there until June 20th 2026 the next day and I got charged for Friday and I was in there I called ahead of time and told them that I would not be there until the next day I was told by one of the people@booking.com that I was not gonna be charged for the 19th of June 2026 and I was charged the breakfast was amazing the staff was great but the rest oh no it was bad dog across the hall from me was barking half the day and night the dog next-door to me was barking and making racket all night I had service dogs that were whining because these dogs were being disruptive and then I calmed my service dogs down and the other people's dogs were still barking room 149 and room 154.

Cons:

The staff in the breakfast your bar is way too expensive for drinks.

The room was your average Hyatt room, the pool area was very nice with music-not your average hotel pool, a hi light of the property

Nice room, comfortable bed.
Pros:

The location is easy access to Hwy 202 Northern part of the loop. Breakfast was a little hit and miss with the yogurt in a large bowl instead of individual containers, no gravy, Eggo type waffles, and chopped bacon. Looks like they were going for the burrito setup.
