Short City Break
Pros:

The room was really good, although being an old building the floor was a little uneven, however this added to its charm. I was upgraded to a premium double rather than a single when I arrived which was nice

Cons:

Breakfast was OK but I didn't realise it was only continental with the same offering each day. Boiled eggs were available so would have been nice to have scrambled eggs on some days

Pros:

Considering the location, stone throw away from most of the landmark attractions, it is perfect place to stay. Makes the visit worthwhile.

Cons:

A bit overpriced and the room was a bit smaller than expectations.

NO PARKING NO FOOD STAIRS ACCESS ONLY TO 3 STOREY ROOM NOISEY UNTIL 2am. Good price

The room was very spacious and clean.

Cons:

Looks great on the advert but DO NOT BOOK if you struggle with stairs or hate street noise until 2am. They advertise that they have parking, but they dont, its a 5-10 min walk from the car park to the Hotel(?) They don't have a restaurant. My room faced onto the main shopping/pub area of the city, constant noise all night. I went for fish n chips and the did allow me to eat in the hotel and provided cutlery. I wont be booking this hotel again.

Overall was a lovely stay, With being a pensioner, a found the stairs to the bedrooms was a bit challenging.
Pros:

Right in the centre but very quiet, perfect for all amenities and just across from the theatre

Cons:

The breakfast was disappointing, fine if you like a continental breakfast but would have preferred a cooked breakfast, also with it being an old property, the stairs were steep and narrow.

Decent hotel in a central location
Pros:

The hotel's location in the town centre is their best-selling point if that's what you're looking for. Decent, comfortable room. The staff are helpful.

Cons:

Given how central it is, there is noise from outside to deal with. As it was a pretty sunny day, the room did get rather hot, a fan would have been nice.

Great hotel with everything you need & helpful staff.
Pros:

The hotel is just a short walk from the train station. Our room was clean, beds were very comfortable and the shower was great. We had a fan in the room, a tv, a good hairdryer, plenty of sockets and a kettle with tea, coffee & biscuits. Staff were very helpful.

Zentral und charmant
Pros:

Charmantes Hotel mitten in Canterbury, extrem zentral und doch ruhig. Freundlicher Service, alles sauber und praktisch. Das Frühstück war okay, der Kaffee nicht, aber das ist Geschmackssache. Ich würde wiederkommen!
