I dont like properties with no manned staff. The code we were given would not work to let us into the room. However I will say the phone staff for the company rectified the problem quickly.

Персонал ужасный. Будьте готовы, что вам придется самим заселяться в отель, так ещё и доплачивать 40 лей за чек ин. Администратор с пяти вечера не на месте и делайте сами все, связаться не возможно почти ни с кем

не понравилось заселение в номер: не было администратора который бы помог оформить электронный ключ, пустой хол встречает гостей табличкой "отсканируйте QR-код" и действуйте дальше по инструкции.

We would like to report a very disappointing experience with this property.

We booked the hotel from May 21 to May 26 specifically because our flight arrived during the night of May 22 at around 3:00 AM. We informed the hotel twice in advance about our late-night arrival — once immediately after booking and again a few days before departure. Both times we were assured that everything would be prepared and that late check-in would not be a problem.

Unfortunately, several serious issues occurred.

First, the free airport transfer included in the booking failed completely. According to the hotel’s own information, the driver was supposed to arrive 15 minutes after landing and wait 45 minutes. Our flight landed at 03:05, and we exited the airport around 20–30 minutes later after collecting our luggage. It was still within the stated waiting time, yet the driver had already left. As a result, we had to pay 60 RON for another taxi ourselves.

Second, when we arrived at the hotel, there was nobody at reception and no instructions on how to access the room. We never received the promised online check-in link or room access information. We were left outside at night with luggage after a long flight and had to contact Booking support using another person’s phone because we had no stable internet connection.

The room itself also did not match the expectations created by the listing. There was spiderweb on the room door handle upon arrival, and the bathroom as well as the metal towel holders were covered in dust, making them unpleasant to use.

In addition, several basic amenities were missing. Inside the room there is an official hotel notice regarding towels and bathrobes, including fines if they are missing, yet no bathrobes were provided at all. There was also not even a hand towel in the room.

Additionally, when we approached the reception the next morning to explain these issues, the administrator shifted all responsibility onto Booking.com.

Poca chiarezza nel effettuare il check in

Essendo un hotel "smart" sia al check in che al check out non c'era nessuno alla reception e soprattutto ciò ha causato molte difficoltà al check in dato che non mi era stata fornita la password per accedere alla camera. Ho dovuto chiamare il numero indicato per le emergenze ma venendo dall' estero e non conoscendo bene l' inglese è stato complicato. Dopo un viaggio per arrivare a Bucarest, il fatto di non trovare nessuno alla reception che accolga i clienti e che li aiuti è stata una scelta sconveniente.

Although, I have booked and prepaid two rooms in March, 15 minutes prior check in on May13th, I was informed that one of the rooms is not available and the hotel cannot accomodate us all. We were 4 people, adults, travelling on a concert and imagine how can you find a place to stay in the last minute. I would like to stress that check in was for 4pm!
I do understand the force major, but it is quite unprofessional. The management suggested us to provide us with an extra bed - an extra bed in a small room with double bed for 4 adults. I expect full refund plus compensation. Very disappointed!
