Nos dieron la peor habitación 601, minúscula , con tubo ventilación en ventana, sin terraza.Que no hubiese recepción fue lo peor, y cuando saltaba la alarma tenías que solucionarlo por WhatsApp.encima estaban de obras en la calle

Bien (climatisation dans la chambre à réparer, SVP)

Depuis quelques années nous choisisons cet établissement car le bon rapport qualité-prix et la location font notre affaire.

Cons:

Cet année il n'y a plus de réceptionnist, l'enregistrement doit être fait sur un link reçu par courriel et whats up. Le problème est semble-t-il qu'il avait un bug dans le système et nous avons eu de difficulté a avoir le code d'accès dans la chambre.
J'ai du appeler pour tout regler. Pas si grave, mais si tu n'as pas d'internet et si tu ne parle pas anglais, ça va pas marcher pour y avoir accès.
L'hôtel est toujours propre, le personnel d'entretien amaible mais l'installation de climatisation ne fonctionne pas. SVP, réparer l'air conditionné dans la chambre car le ventilateur que vous avez mis, n'est pas soufissant.

Pros:

The door code worked perfectly, and access to the room was easy. The bed was made every day, and towels were replaced when needed. The room was comfortable and fully functional. Customer service via WhatsApp was excellent and very helpful.

Cons:

The balcony floor seemed like it had not been cleaned for a very long time.
