Pros:

Номер чистый аккуратный есть кофе чай подарок очень приятный, также дают шапочку для душа шампунь гель для душа. Очень комфортный в таком плане.

Cons:

Но то что очень не понравилось, это то что отель полностью без персонала внутри, если нужно обратиться за каким-то запросом обязательно нужно писать - отвечают они довольно долго. Поэтому приходится звонить. Также не понравилось то что сложно с оформлением запросов для раннего заселения, если я не успела оформить до 9 утра, то уже потом нельзя оформить. Хотя я предупреждал о том что я хотела бы оформить заранее заселение, но моё сообщение никто не читал, и когда я позже нашла в приложении что его можно оформить там уже было поздно. Это действительно очень не понравилось, потому что пришлось ещё гулять по городу с сумками до 4 вечера. Почему не оставили сумки в отеле? Так как отель заявляет что они никакой ответственности не несут за вещи, и предлагают оставить их в каморке для уборки.
Было бы гораздо удобнее чтобы в отеле были установлены какие-то шкафчики на ключе, тоже например в электронном виде, и за это можно было бы поставить какую-то оплату, это было бы гораздо удобнее, а также было неудобно то что если нужно зайти в отель заранее то всё равно нужно всегда звонить. Раньше чем в 4 вечера зайти нельзя, для тех кто хочет оставить в сумке в той самой каморке. Ещё было довольно неудобным тем что именно в этом отеле заселение довольно позднее, большинстве от

Personels are very kind and nice. Especialy Florin. It's near railway.

When i arrive there was A restraction for railway and it was very noisy, there were alive and dead flies in my room.

כאדם יחיד וצנוע החדר אנא על הדרישות שלי.

Cons:

ההתנהלות מול קבלה באתר דיגיטלי היתה סיוט.
לוקח זמן עד שמבינים איך להתעסק עם זה ובזמן שאמורים לנפוש מתעסקים עם הטלפון המון זמן.
