Incredible location, relaxed vibe, hotel is meticulously designed and maintained, facilities and food were wonderful, choice of two restaurants, swimming in sea water pool

L’emplacement exceptionnel, la vue, les deux piscines au bord de la mer
Le service pas à la hauteur du standing que revendique l’hôtel et des prix pratiqués : le jeune personnel est relativement sympathique mais n’est pas formé comme on l’attendrait à ce niveau de standing, des surcoûts multiples ridicules (22€ de parking facturés pour le parking pour une chambre à 1000€ la nuit), personnel débordé et attente très longue à la Chicoula, restaurant principal bon mais pas au niveau du standing de l’hôtel non plus
Stunning location and decor, comfortable bed and great sized room, fabulous food, and exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, would definitely return to this ‘wow’ hotel!

stunning location, super curated-hi level interior design, spotless room, amazing breakfast. the Spa was definitely another highlight.
The pool area and dinner service were unfortunately not up to the standard we expected: service was often slow and inattentive, with delays, forgotten orders and little attention to keeping the pool area properly maintained. At dinner, despite the selection of expensive wines, the team was not sufficiently knowledgeable or prepared to guide and recommend wines according to our preferences, that i would have expected from a 5 stars hotel.
