el personal amable, servicial, instalaciones limpias, el desayuno bastante bueno.

Cons:

la comida del almuerzo y cena, no es mala comida, pero no es una cocina internacional, es una cocina muy criolla. La pizza es regular, y el resto de platillos también podrían ser mejores, pero no es un inconveniente para volver. Pero si la cocina fuera mejores uno podría invertir más en almuerzo y cena.

Bonito, pero para familias con niños pequeños es incómodo

Orden, el desayuno muy bueno, el tamaño de las piscinas, las vistas.

Cons:

Costo de bebidas, no hay zonas para niños. Hay que utilizar muchas gradas (aunque uses el carrito)

Hotel bonito, pero el baño y habitación necesitan una mejora urgente.
Pros:

Camas comodas y almohadas espectaculares. Desayuno rico y variado. Personal muy amable, hotel silencioso ideal para descansar.

Cons:

Definitivamente la habitación decepciono. El baño estaba muy viejo, azulejos manchados, espejos con óxido y sobre todo se veía y sentía muy sucio en la ducha, lavatorio y servicio sanitario. El servicio sanitario no bajada adecuadamente. Usar este baño no fue una grata experiencia. Por otra parte el piso de la habitación también se veía y sentía muy sucio y viejo, los muebles y closets eran de mala calidad y se pegaban vasos y ropa en las repisas. Relación calidad/precio muy mal, ya que el hotel es bastante costoso.

Lo mejor es la calidad del servicio y el personal , en todas las áreas.
Muy bien ubicado . Habitaciones amplias . Limpias . Bien mantenido el hotel en general .
Hay carros de golf dentro del hotel para traslados .
Piscina para adulto separado de la de niños .
Playa , caminado desde el hotel a 5 min .

Cons:

Nada .
A destacar es que hay necesidad de usar escaleras para ir a la habitación
Los espacios de parking son limitados . Pero el personal trata de resolver dónde ubicarlo .

very relaxing and fun too.
Pros:

Staff was very friendly especially at the bar next to the pool, Sidney and Jose were very attentive and friendly. We felt very cared for here. Breakfast was also amazing with lots of options. I didn't get the name of the person but it seemed like there was someone in charge of breakfast, he was so sweet and took care of everyone, he and made sure everything was clean and going well, his hard work definitely didn't go unnoticed!

Cons:

We got a room with two beds because it seemed a little better than just the standard room but we were all the way in the bottom with no view so it felt like there was no point of booking a room with balcony. Eventually we stayed two extra nights in a better room with a better view. Rooms are a little bit outdated but everything else is great! The beach next to it is very rocky so we didn't end up staying in there for long I would recommend taking water shoes.

Increíble experiencia
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación, muy cómodo y cuidado en los detalles. Convivir con la fauna y flora en todo lugar. El personal es de lo mejor, muy muy amables y serviciales… sus consejos nos fueron muy útiles.
