Pros:

Wonderful front desk staff. Upon check in my bank had locked my card thinking I may have a fraudulent charge. The front desk staff was very patient and helpful. Room was huge!

Cons:

I had a small concern which was addressed immediately and staff gave me points on my loyalty card. I didn't ask for anything they immediately took care of the concern.

Bar closes at 11 pm on weekdays....but market was open.

We komen zeker terug.
Pros:

Timothy Prater was onze eerste aanspreekpunt in het hotel. Erg vriendelijk, meedenkend en zorgzaam. Hij heeft mooie suggesties met ons gedeeld qua eten en drinken. Ons voorzien van water als we de stad in gingen! Top vent.

Perfect for a getaway!
Pros:

Everything was absolutely amazing!!! I love love love this hotel and location!

Cons:

The only complaint I have is the loading and unloading zone was going through construction so I wasn’t able to unload at the door instead I had to park and bring everything up which I didn’t mind but I would have liked to unload at the front so I could carry on about my day without parking. But overall no biggie! I still enjoyed my stay!

Valet was Top Notch
Pros:

Eric and Josh from the valet at the Renaissance hotel are top notch. When we gave them the wrong key to our vehicle, they came to the restaurant where we were dining and searched for us to make sure they hadthe correct key in the vehicle was safe. Service like this is hard to find these days. Eric and Josh went above and beyond and are grateful.

Room did not have a microwave
The refrigerator did not work, one was brought up and placed on the floor
The bathtub was not the one pictured in the photos at the time of selecting a room.
Went down to the restaurant for dinner, waited 10 minutes and was not offered anything to drink
