The personnel. No English. At the bar I asked about the promoted rib eye with a beer. The lady can’t spoke a word in ENG but somehow she confirmed I can have a beer of my choice complimentary … appears only one but not the one I chose.. explained she was new….
Took a shower in the evening after dinner my towers disappeared so in the morning we got to manage with the hand ones… the deposit of 100 dollars was about to be reversed immediately after check out. I am still waiting it…

Gracias al personal que nos hizo una estadia maravillosa
Pros:

este hotel es excelente debido al personal que tiene, como por ejemplo LA Señora Lourdes Urbina, la joven lucero rosales, lilian , Ana de recepcion, y bueno podriamos nombrar mas, muchas gracias al personal que nos hizo sentir como en casa.

Cons:

no me ha gustado que el deposito que uno hace, se tarde demasiado en reemboloso. deberia ser inmediato uno hace el check y revisan la habitacion no deberia tardar-

Prima voor een nacht voor vliegveld.
Pros:

Luxe hotel voor een nacht. Prima kamers met goede bedden en airco. Lekker zwembad en uitgebreid ontbijt.

Cons:

Best afgelegen, terwijl het een beetje vliegveld hotel is.

The best Hotel service experience
Pros:

The friendly and very attentive staff. They never say no to any request, go above and beyond attitude and find solutions. Breakfast buffet and the fact they can even take it to your room for no extra charge. Delicious food and sushi, ample menu, indoor-outdoor bar, music, you don't even need to leave the hotel. Cleanliness trough out.

Cons:

Get the staff a wheeled cart for room service, instead of having them bring all that food on big trays and on foot (prompts for accidents). Let's practice 21st century labor procedures.
