The best Hotel service experience
Pros:

The friendly and very attentive staff. They never say no to any request, go above and beyond attitude and find solutions. Breakfast buffet and the fact they can even take it to your room for no extra charge. Delicious food and sushi, ample menu, indoor-outdoor bar, music, you don't even need to leave the hotel. Cleanliness trough out.

Cons:

Get the staff a wheeled cart for room service, instead of having them bring all that food on big trays and on foot (prompts for accidents). Let's practice 21st century labor procedures.

Goed voor 1 nacht wanneer je juist aankomt in Managua.
Pros:

Goede locatie. Zwembad is heel goed. Buffet was in orde.

Cons:

Het 2 persoonsbed is echt te klein om 2 volwassenen in te laten slapen.

Nos abrieron la habitación mientras nos estábamos cambiando y nos dijeron que era porque el aire estaba encendido cuando no lo teníamos puesto porque nos estábamos cambiando para irnos a meter a la piscina eso nos dejó una sensación de desconfianza

Very clean hotel with friendly staff and an amazing breakfast.
Pros:

The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was amazing.

Cons:

One of the elevators was down for my whole stay. Also, the treadmills in the gym didn’t work.
