I am a Marriott member and have stayed in other AC Marriott hotels even the other location in Manchester. The room was really small and the bathroom was not good. I think it was a disability room they gave as it had facilities for disabled people although not sure how someone with disabilities would even manage with that little space!! The room wasn’t clean and not enough towels in the toilet. The bathroom itself was a disabled one and it didn’t live up to the standard of the other AC Hotels I’ve stayed at just a disaster. Very unhappy. Wouldn’t recommend will actually be advising against staying at this location. Plus having to pay to park in the hotel car park was a downside.

cooked breakfast was a little below standard and could be better, bar had run out of several beers on tap limiting choice. Car parking a little expensive given location out of city centre
Full English breakfast was very dry on all 3 morning, there was on site EV charging as they have got rid of it. There was also only one lift working so took an eternity to arrive and when your on the 7th floor the stairs wasnt a great option.
Big thick white towels, very comfortable bed, good sized bathroom, easy parking, excellent breakfast buffet, absolutely lovely staff - special thanks to Adam on the bar.
We were on the 6th floor and one lift was not operating which meant long waits.

Location was good, easy parking, staff friendly and helpful. Not too expensive.
Only 2 check in desks, so quite a long wait to check-in. Only one lift working, which was also being used by cleaning staff for moving bedding trolley up and down so no room for guests.
Bedroom was spacious, but small double bed with very soft mattress so every time either my husband or I turned over, the whole bed shook.
Cooked breakfast was bland and uninspiring.
The room was very comfortable, we stayed in the superior room and the bed was huge and very comfortable
Light in the bathroom needed some attention kept flickering.
