Breakfast was poor. Air conditioning unit in room 710 needs looking at . I’ve come home not feeling to great after having the air con on during the evening .
Uncomfortable bed and pillows . For the price for the room very disappointed
Staff Lovely, Room Comfy and clean, as expected from this chain.
Breakfast was terrible. Mushrooms raw, scrambled eggs cold, bacon dry and inedible, sausages clearly precooked and warmed from the fridge. Fried egg cold. Porridge undercooked and very runny. Worst hotel cooked breakfast. Buffet selection was nice and service was great. I did not complain, we simply didnt eat it. A shame because everything else was great.
All aspects great but the staff were exceptional, really friendly, helpful and happy doing their jobs.

Great choice of breakfast options but some of the hot food wasn’t to the best standard. Bit undercooked and not very inviting
It was rather disappointing that we were told we could not have an Irish coffee and Baileys coffee at 10.30pm on a Saturday night because " We have just finished cleaning the coffee machine". It is my understanding that the bar does not close until 11.00pm.
The Wifi was also not working during our stay.
The staff member at the main reception was great.
Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Great shower too.
Although I had emailed and checked when we got there about late checkout, we were hassled by staff and cleaners repeatedly from 12 noon. It made what I had booked to stop stress, very stressful.
I was going to officially complain but the guy at the reception did not charge us for that or breakfast. He was also very apologetic.
Breakfast hot food was also not very good.
