The £50 I had to pay at check in that I was told would be refunded as soon as I checked out. 6 days later and I still don’t have my money back
Convenient for old Trafford very clean and good breakfast choice
Stayed on a free upgraded room but still find we could hear the traffic staying at the front of the hotel. Bar closes to early for this grade of hotel
Perfect location to Salford Quay just what we were looking for
First night had a brilliant sleep but the last two nights were woken up with bin Lorry’s, pound bangs, other guests playing loud music at 1am and people constantly letting their room door slam

Comfortable, clean, good facilities in the room
Sleep quality very poor. We were on the 1st floor overlooking the car park. Room 118. Beneath us was a door slamming, very very loudly, it made us jump and the room shake. This continued into the early hours of the morning. Not an internal door but one to the outside car park. We had an early start after very little sleep.
Big comfy beds , excellent friendly staff
Got put in the wrong room at first then the second room the towels were dirty. If you open window it’s very noisy by road.
There was only one lift working which meant long wait times.
