Smell in room
Friendly staff. Hotel was clean. Excellent food from the restaurant. Good location near a tram station.
Nothing significant. Two comfortable chairs in the rooms would be nice.
En recepción no me daban la habitación si no pagaba previamente, y como no les iba el datafono me enviaron un mail con un link que tuve que entrar poner mi tarjeta para poder hacer el check-in. Realmente un engorro y una falta de confianza importante, porque si no te va el datafono y es tu problema no me hagas esperar sin darme la habitación, cuando además tenía prisa
Lovely hotel and staff, perfect location. Room wasn't clean when we got in. They cleaned it while were out.

One of the elevators were out of service. Air conditioning in the room did not work - on the hottest day of the year!
No mirror over dressing table
Not enough tea, milk, water in room
Room was modern and clean. Very large bed which was comfortable. Location was ideal and very easy to get to, being a stones throw away from shops and food outlets.
Breakfast food itself was standard. The area itself was incredibly busy with no direction towards seating. Area was full when I arrived but was still gestured into the breakfast area, meaning I had to do a lot of searching to find a table and find my own cutlery.
The room was next door to the lift and very noisy . The bed was lumpy and although breakfast was served 7-11, when we came down at 10.15 most items weren’t replenished and some looked like they had been there a while . It’s the worst hotel breakfast I’ve ever experienced. I wouldn’t stay here again

The property is well located with easy access to the metro link as well as ample parking . The room was very clean, bed very comfortable and I liked the fact that the hallway is wide. Did I mention the lovely shower?
