Unfortunately, the overall experience was very disappointing.
Pros:

The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, and very well maintained. The rooms are nicely designed, the pools are excellent, and the beach is great.

Also the greek restaurant is outstanding.

Cons:

We booked the All Inclusive package, but in reality it felt more like “Almost Inclusive.” Almost everywhere you go, the first thing they explain is what is not included in your package. The general feeling is that guests are treated like walking wallets, with constant attempts to make you spend more money.

Even the things that were included in the All Inclusive package were not always clearly presented. For example, there was a large, prominently displayed ice cream freezer with ice creams that cost extra, while the ice creams included in the All Inclusive package were kept in a much smaller, less visible freezer that was covered and easy to miss. It gave us the feeling that the paid options were deliberately made much more noticeable than the options already included in our package.

The food was also disappointing for a five-star hotel. There was very little variety, with almost the same dishes served every day at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A lot of the food felt industrial or processed, there was a very limited selection of vegetables. The separate restaurants do provide some welcome variety.

In addition, water is not supplied free of charge in the hotel, Guests who are not on the All Inclusive plan even have to pay for water, with a bottle at the hotel costing €3.50, or carry water from the local supermarket which is about 7-8 minutes walk away from the hotel.

At last, the price that the hotel is charging for a taxi in thier website is 15€ higher than ordering a cab from the airport will cost you.

החוף מאוד נוח, הבריכות טובות והחדרים נוחים.
גם ארוחות הבוקר מאוד נחמדות

Cons:

הצוות קצת קלקל את כל החוויה. קיבלנו תחושה מזלזלת מהם וזה לאחר שקיבלנו את החדר באיחור וייבשו אותנו בלובי ואז גם לא הסבירו לנו כלום, לא מתי ארוחות הבוקר או מה יש במלון בכלל ופשוט לא התייחסו אלינו כמו אורחים אמיתיים.

Это совершенно не 5звездочный отель, максимум 4 звезды, легко добраться, но плохо убрано, вкусно только в основном ресто

Легко добраться с аэропорта воспользовавшись автобусом, у отеля красивый ремонт на 1 этаже и снаружи, в других местах чувствуется немного устаревшее оформление. Питание в основном ресторане (шведский стол) было хорошим, особенно впечатлили десерты. Чистый пляж, чистое море. Прекрасные аниматоры, они очень стараются. Коктейли на баре были хорошими, в том числе те которые для all inclusive, это порадовало, как и обслуживание там.

Cons:

Было плохо убрано в комнатах. Горничные действительно стараются и уделяют довольно много времени на уборку, тем не менее, вероятно они не замечают грязные стены, двери, прилипшие к стенам волосы, на постели какие-то желтые пятна и мелкие волоски, это ужасно расстроило.

Отдельные рестораны были не вкусными. Если вы считаете что имея all inclusive вы будете чувствовать себя хорошо - то вы ошибаетесь. Если на вас видят браслет all inclusive, то для вас автоматически перестают стараться, потому что у вас все деньги уже уплачены. В ресторане вам дают отдельное меню с блюдами худшими чем для тех кто платит на месте. Почти все блюда без мяса и рыбы, все «недорогое». Если вы вдруг думаете что можете заказать разные блюда - то нет, на вас осуждающе посмотрят и скажут что разрешено заказать только одно блюдо, один десерт и одну закуску, при том, что многих блюд не было в наличии.

Также официанты не знают что входит в блюдо, не ориентируются ни в чем. В ресторане валялось куча еды на полу, столы не убирались. На полу лежало куча разбросаной пасты, которую просто сметают со стола на пол и всё. Это было ужасно.
Также вы можете посещать ресторан только в обед, на ужин нужно платить деньги.

Очень не хватало какой-то развлекательной программы, вечером довольно скучно, люди просто играют в карты или другие настольные игры (их они привезли сами) и все. Очень не хватало какого-то концерта, музыки, или dj.

Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu 😊 hotel pięknie położony, plaża praktycznie przy samym hotelu, możliwość przemieszczania się komunikacją miejską, bliskość restauracji i sklepów. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone

They claim they are a 5 star hotel but I would rate them a 2 star the staff at reception not all were nothing but rude and were no help whatsoever we came from Australia for my daughters wedding and at least 30 of the guests booked there as well and everyone was disappointed with the hotel and staff
