Pros:

Сам отель отличный, чистенький, вкусно и много выбора на шведском столе, на первой линии у моря, чистый пляж, много шезлонгов.

Cons:

НИКТО не предупреждает, что отель не принимает наличку, ТОЛЬКО КАРТЫ. Чтобы что-то оплатить дополнительно наличкой нужно пройти через недовольство сотрудников по этому поводу, их нравоучения и затем да, можно получить что захотели.

My stay was lovely. The beach resort is beautiful and the staff were lovely and professional in their service delivery.
Pros:

It was about 20 mins to the hotel which was good. Very comfortable and clean property. Spacious rooms and balcony too

Cons:

At the time I went the evenings were chilly so if they could have fitted heaters in the rooms so guests won’t have to call for a manual one to be delivered.

Pros:

The views were ridiculous. The wait staff were excellent all around and the beachfront location is lovely.

Cons:

We were initially put in a room without a view that also required stairs to access and when we complained, we were told we didn't say no stairs. All this despite paying for a room with a view. We were eventually moved after raising a fuss. Housekeeping was a disappointment with the room barely cleaned some days. I do think that was due to how busy it was but still, unchanged sheets, dirty glasses left for several days etc are a bit worrisome. Overall, it is a fantastic hotel and I would return.

Al di sotto delle aspettative
Pros:

La struttura è una buona posizione
Ma la Spa non è nell’hotel, soprattutto è a pagamento cosa che non viene assolutamente menzionata prima

Cons:

Abbiamo scelto questa struttura, pensando di fare la spa e dei massaggi.
La Spa era a pagamento compreso la sauna e il bagno turco e i massaggi avevano dei prezzi mai visti

Pros:

View from restaurant

Cons:

The overall state of the resort, lack of maintenance no air-conditioning (turned off) 25 degrees in room. Told the receptionist twice and didn't get resolved.
