צוות הבר גם ליד הבריכה וגם בקומה 11 היו נחמדים מאוד, במיוחד ג'ורג' שעזר לנו ודאג לקוקטיילים טובים

קיבלנו חדר שלא תאם את ההזמנה שלנו. הזמנו חדר עם נוף לים ושתי מיטות נפרדות, אך קיבלנו חדר נגיש. בתחילה נאמר לנו שנוכל לעבור לחדר אחר רק למחרת, למרות שהטעות הייתה של המלון. רק לאחר שסירבנו לקבל את הפתרון הזה, ביקשנו לדבר עם מנהל והתעקשנו, פתאום נמצא עבורנו חדר חלופי עוד באותו היום. גם אז נאלצנו להתפשר על מיטה זוגית במקום שתי מיטות נפרדות כפי שהזמנו.
השירות בקבלה הנקודה החלשה ביותר בחופשה. לאורך השהות הרגשנו שקשה לקבל פתרונות ושנדרשנו להתעקש שוב ושוב על בקשות בסיסיות.
חבילת ה"כול כלול" אינה ברורה. אין מסמך מסודר שמסביר מה כלול ומה לא, וחלק מהמידע שקיבלנו בעל פה לא תאם את המציאות.
קשה מאוד להזמין מקום במסעדות. נאמר לנו מספר פעמים "לחזור מאוחר יותר", וכשחזרנו כבר לא היו מקומות פנויים.
נאמר לנו שאין מקום במסעדות במסגרת חבילת ה"כול כלול", אך הוצע לנו לשבת אם נשלם בנפרד, דבר שיצר תחושה לא נעימה.
האוכל בחדר האוכל המרכזי היה ברמה נמוכה ביחס לציפיות ממלון 5 כוכבים.
באזור הבריכה האפשרות היחידה לנשנוש במסגרת החבילה היא סנדוויצ'ים בסיסיים, בעוד שמנות אחרות כמו צ'יפס דורשות תשלום נוסף.
הספא הכלול לא תפקד כראוי: הסאונה הרטובה לא עבדה, הסאונה היבשה לא הייתה חמה מספיק והג'קוזי היה קר.

A 5 star all inclusive break a short taxi ride from Rhodes Old Town
