Personnel serviable.

Cons:

Propreté de la salle de bains. Chambre trés petite et propreté moyenne. Bruit : travaux sur la Rambla devant l'hôtel et bruit derriére avec la Boqueria

La posizione centrale anche se la rambla era in rifacimento totale. Lo staff sempre pronto e servizievole. La colazione molto buona anche se ripetitiva

Anche se ristrutturato di recente la dotazione della camera era poverissima con tende ed infissi datati ed anche rovinati
Considerando il prezzo pagato non c'era la possibilità di farsi un te' o un caffè. Incuriositi dalla tabella dei prezzi dietro la porta di ingresso ho guardato sul sito ufficiale e per lo stesso periodo nonostante sconto Genius e intervento di Booking il prezzo da noi pagato era più alto e di parecchio della vostra offerta. Il prezzo richiesti non è adeguato ad un tre stelle come sopra descritto. Vorrei atal proposito una vostra risposta

מיקום מעולה ארוחת בוקר טובה מאוד

Cons:

החדר קטן. המיטה רחבה אבל לא נישאר מקום.
שהינו שבוע, כמחצית מהבקרים לא היה מים חמים (קורה, היתה בעיה עם חברת אחזקת המים. אבל תדאגו לפצות לקוחות שלכם אם אין דבר אלמנטרי כמו מים חמים).
צוות נחמד בקבלה - כולם.
צוות הניקיון בסדר אבל לא מקפיד. היה חסר סבון יום וחצי. ביקשנו פעמיים.
