Clean, well serviced has a lovely restaurant and coffee bar. Very good communal area to sit with other family members. Easy to find and access. Plenty of parking.
We always stay here when visiting Canberra and are always made to feel comfortable and welcome. The beds are so comfy, the rooms well appointed, the bathroom is functional but the layout a bit weird and cramped. Secure parking and on-site restaurant. Will be back cos we love it.
The ambiance in the central atrium is very good. It is a great place to sit, talk and have a drink either alcohol or a coffee. The free parking made it easier for us.
There was an empty room but we still had to pay $20 to go into a bit earlier.
We were happy with room size and overall accessibility from the cbd. Parking was a bonus, room quite clean and substantial in size. Quiet location.
Not applicable as we were pleased for our short stay
Room size, spa jacuzzi
There was some kind of smell in the internal closed dome area where the hotel rooms were.
Have to mention this unfortunately - In regards to the complementary voucher, the lady at the bar area next morning was rude and was arguing with me because her redeeming statement about the voucher was not aligned to her colleague who told something else just 5 mins ago. She didn't even bother to apologise for her rude behaviour and totally didn't care at all.

Size of room was ok.
The whole room felt very old, the bed was too soft and the bathroom needed a thorough clean.
Big rooms and soft bed. Good value for the amenities supplied. Welcoming and friendly staff.
I am being very picky when i say this as i think the room was good value for money and I had a comfortable stay. Just the fact that it feels a bit dated compared to other hotels around the area for the price. Overall I would stay again.
Every thing beds were comfy very quiet.
Being able to order a variety of food
There was a nice bar and off street parking for vehicles most of the staff were pleasant
Very noisy rooms could hear neighbours showering etc noise all night , cleanliness of the room was okay except for toothpaste on the front of vanity obviously from last guests , the Manager at Breakfast Service could do with a lesson in customer service and learn how to smile he was nothing short of rude , also had to ring them twice after we left as did not receive invoice to my email still didn't receive after calling gave up ! Restaurant food was very average also.
