It is always a pleasure staying at the Pavilion. The rooms are comfortable, the Atrium Restaurant is excellent- it is often a place I visit to eat even when not staying but visiting Canberra

Cons:

Small security issue- the staff member checking me in stated out loud my room number. Instead of indicating on the room card and a simple statememt eg- 'this is your room number, it can be found on the ## Floor".

Stating the room number out loud for a single female traveller can be a safety issue as it could be overheard. Minor but often important.

Always a great stay
Pros:

Check in was easy, staff were friendly. Location is great, room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Happy hour is good value. Atrium restaurant has good food and is very handy.

Cons:

Maintenance is lacking from previous stays, rooms could do with an upgrade.

Pros:

The atrium was lovely,we were given vouchers to use in the restaurant for not having our room serviced everyday. The staff were very helpful especially the young woman who first greeted us at reception. We had an issue with the tv remote and they were very helpful and got it sorted promptly.

Nothing, everything was great,we would definitely stay here again
