Esta vez no había Wi-fi y fue raro porque suelen dar un volante con la contraseña del wi-fi y está vez no dieron el volante.
The room was clean.

The internet wi-fi failed two days after our arrival. No explanation or attempt to restore it. Desk staff refused to compensate us for this inconvenience. We were forced to use costly roaming to use our phones.
