Exelente lugar cómodo y muy limpio
La atención del personal de recepción muy buena y amigable, así como la ubicación
La cama necesita dejar de utilizar cubre colchón y las almohadas los plásticos que les ponen, ya que eso hace que esté muy caliente y no permita dormir con comodidad, aún teniendo el aire acondicionado funcionando, la piscina sería conveniente que su horario fuera un poco más extendido ya que cerrarla a las 8 de la noche puede no dejarte disfrutar de la misma relajadamente, también considero que debe haber un medio de comunicación exterior entre la recepción y las habitaciones, ya que estaba lloviendo y la tarjeta de mi habitación que estaba frente a la piscina no me permitía la entrada y tuve que acudir desde el fondo del inmueble y bajo la lluvia hasta la entrada del hotel que es en donde está la recepción para que me la activarán nuevamente
La habitación está muy limpia y con mucho espacio.
Los canales de televisión no tienen buena propuesta de películas... Ningún canal fue atractivo....

El refrigerador fue muy ruidoso y tuve que desconectarlo. Las almohadas fueron incómodas.

Reserve una noche y dejaron cafe de cortesia en la amenidades.
Debía continuar mi viaje y opte por hacer una segunda resevacion, ya no pusieron café de cortesia y al preguntar en recepcion me dijeron que solo la primera noche y muy secos y cortantes el que atendió. La próxima pido cambio de habitacion y listo.
The junior suite was spacious and very reasonably priced. I personally liked being right in between Guadalajara and all the shopping in zapopan
