I can recommend this hotel. Its
Pros:

central location. Quiet neighbourhood.

Cons:

The TV had only 2 local channels, no international programmes.

Pros:

Big room and location

Cons:

Elevator didn't work, I stayed 2 days and no one was working on it
There was no hot water in the shower and the water was salty
The pool is a joke and I fell because it was very slippery in the surroundings
A lot of noise from outside
The fridge didn't work
There is no local tv we had to se YouTube
Everything is very out of date

Period charm and very good facilities
Pros:

Very comfortable and clean. Excellent air conditioning in rooms and bathroom excellent too. Staff all very helpful too.

Cons:

Rooms are a little small for 2 people but fine for a shorter stay.

Busy restaurant during our two-day stay, but the Chef (Patrick) stayed visible and kept things moving. Buffet items were replenished promptly, spoons were restocked when needed, and seating issues were addressed as they came up. There were busy moments when staff got swarmed up, but the effort to maintain the guest experience was noticeable.

Fabulous business ambience
Pros:

The Hotel is so ideal for business travellers due to its strategic location within CBD providers est connection to transport and transfer systems. The ambiance in the room is fabulous and adequate space to wiggle around.

Centrally located hotel, very pleasant stay
Pros:

Location was excellent, right in town and 20 minutes walk to the Old Town & Fort Jesus. Decor was pleasant, nice balcony overlooking the swimming pool, nice bathroom. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Der rundrum alles super war, übersehen wir mal das kalte Wasser.
Pros:

Von Anfang bis zum Ende war bei unseren Aufenthalt alles super. Hervorzuheben ist das Personal, welches absolut nett, höflich und sehr zuvorkommend war. Beim nächsten Mombasa Aufenthalt kommt nur dieses Hotel infrage.

Cons:

Das Wasser bei der Morgendusche war kalt.
