Categories
Cleanliness
9
Multiple reviews explicitly note very clean rooms and modern, spotless interiors; overall cleanliness is praised.
Service
9.5
Staff repeatedly described as professional, helpful and friendly with specific praise for reception staff and travel recommendations, though a few operational complaints (deposit policy, slow minibar/checkout confirmation) slightly temper this.
Location
9.8
Location is consistently highlighted as excellent, central and convenient for sightseeing and dining; several reviews specifically call the position 'excellent' or ideal for the historic centre.
Room Quality
9.1
Rooms are frequently described as modern, comfortable with very good beds and quiet atmosphere; some upgrades/pleasant surprises noted.
Amenities
6.8
Multiple complaints about elevators not working and long waits, parking security issues, lack of 24-hour restaurant and pre-authorisation practices — amenities show notable operational problems.
Value for Money
8.4
Generally good value given quality and location, but concerns about paid-but-unsecured parking and the €100 pre-authorisation reduce perceived value for some guests.
Food and Beverage
9
Breakfasts and the ground-floor restaurant are praised (luxurious/big breakfast, fantastic restaurant); overall F&B sentiment is very positive.
Overall Experience
9.6
Overall sentiment is strongly positive — guests praise location, cleanliness, staff and breakfast; operational issues (elevator, parking, deposit/check-in delays) are recurring negatives but do not dominate the overall experience.
