Had a room upgrade which I really liked and it was unexpected. I enjoyed the jet bath , it was my first time to use it. I think you guys knew my body really needed a good rest. Woke up with the view of Sydney harbour. Friendly staff

It had extra facilities like cafe ect it felt like a substantial place to stay
Traffic noise was expecting much better views got lost could not find room a confusing maze of rooms and floors , could I suggest staff member show guest to room would be much more welcoming

Room value...we were also put into a king room with an additional single bed which suited myself and my son better than one bed

Reception (male) when checking in wasn't too friendly however it seemed there were some booking issues with the guests in front of us.
No 'will be with you shortly' or even an acknowledgement when we walked up to the desk until they had finished on the computer.
