The room was clean and spacious. It had everything that we needed for our week away. The housekeeping staff were amazing and it was very convenient to grab a coffee and snack on the way up the door of a morning.

Cons:

The shower in our room was absolutely beautiful, but water went everywhere every time we showered soaking the bath mat and running towards the drain outside the shower. On our second day I was in the room when housekeeping arrived. She understood and kindly left me an extra bath mat every day so that I had somewhere dry to put my feet when I got out of the shower so it was an easy fix.

Great location, comfortable room, could be better maintained but would stay again.

Cons:

The shower spurted a lot of water from places it shouldn’t. Too much water came under the shower and the bath mat didn’t dry, even when left outside over a chair all day. There were black hairs around the room that did not belong to me or my son (neither of us have dark hair).

We loved staying here , & will definitely stay again
Pros:

It was new, very clean & tidy & serviced every day by lovely warm & friendly staff. Very close to chermside which is why we initially picked the Quest.

Cons:

As two older women we were conscious of the environment around us walking to the Mall. We were witness to a domestic dispute while waiting outside for our pick up. It was scary. I was surprised you did not have to swipe your card to get into the lift so anyone could in theory slip by the reception. Something we noticed was the microwave was way too high for us to safely get hot food out of. We ate in our apt every night so we did reheat food every night .
