Pros:

The staff were pleasant and attentive, the food was good, and the location is great, easy walk into the town centre. The hotel overall is very nice, we just had a duff room.

Cons:

The room smelled musty, and there were cobwebs on the ceiling. There were a few blobs of something on the bathroom floor I had to wipe up. I'm hoping it was spilt cleaning fluid.

Would stay again. Would definately recommend.
Pros:

Immaculately clean. Well presented. Bed was very comfortable.
Fan available which was a blessing given the heat.

Cons:

Windows are very heavy and perhaps in need of attention/repair.

Cosford Air Show stay
Pros:

The check in staff, the bar staff and the stay overall was great! There was a fan in the room which was essential. The room was quiet. I had a great night sleep!!

Ok for a 1 night stay.
Pros:

The location is ideal for Cosford Airshow. It has good facilities if you want to use them and there is plenty of parking. Breakfast is ok although it doesn’t stay warm very long once you’ve put it on your plate.

Cons:

No air con in the rooms. It is a bland hotel, the decor in the rooms is a bit boring but it is ok for 1-2 nights. The TV is tiny in room 202 and there isn’t a functioning extractor fan in the bathroom. The mattress needs replacing in this room as it was uncomfortable and we rolled together. There were no pillow protectors on any of the pillows and the soft pillow was clumpy.
