Great location for city centre shopping, nice clean bathroom and comfy bed.
The only let down was I didn’t realise there was a pool so had no swimsuit, but that was my fault for not looking properly!
lovely rooms, good food, really good swimming pool, a convenient location from which to explore the county
Convenient location to the Town Centre. All the staff were lovely.
On our last evening the restaurant was closed due to air conditioning problems so we had to eat in the bar. It wasn't very comfortable tbh.
Breakfast was good
Location
Tired rooms, small tv, window didn't stay open more than an inch, uncomfortable pillows, mattress saggy so we rolled together, shower ran hot & cold, and room wasn't very clean
A very nice hotel, spent a couple of nights here and it was great.
Restaurant served nice food and drink and the swimming pool and gym was great
Location staff were friendly nice room
Bed was hard apart from that all goog
Incredibly efficient staff, lovely clean and spacious rooms, delicious food and free ice. Location is very convenient for multiple purposes. The building has a pleasant, slightly retro luxury feel.
The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The hotel was lovely, clean, and quiet.
Excellent location, plenty of parking and good value for money.
Nice clean room friendly staff food was also very good 👍
Limited TV channels kept saying no signal and was not able too set sleep timer.
No hair dryer in room luckily my wife brought a hair cover so hair wouldn't get wet.
Window would only stay open for 2 inches so couldn't get much air in room.
Excellent in all areas

Spotlessly clean. Nice bar food. Very nice staff.
Pillows and beds were not very comfortable
Little bit dated. TV’s are extremely old
Old TV’s
The Room was very clean and had everything you need. Staff were super friendly and the facilities and location were excellent, (10 minute walk from Telford Central). Parking onsite and everything was made easy.
Breakfast was less than value for money in my opinion, however, I am not usually a breakfast person.
