Lovely Hotel
Pros:

Just returned from a week staying at this hotel and found it to be very nice in every respect. Lobby Reception area very classy and offers lovely views over the sea and Dubrovnik old city which is only a 20 mins walk away or a short bus ride. All of the staff were helpful and friendly but especially in the evening dining restaurant were choice of food etc was very good . Our room was a superior with balcony which was very good and offered lovely sea views. Outside pool area very spacious and plenty of sun loungers etc. Recommend buying a city pass card as it is great value when you consider it costs 40 euro just to walk around the walls.

Great experience-staff were excellent
Pros:

One of the best hotels I have experienced. All inclusive feel at a hotel. Pamela, Nejra and Deniz exceeded our expectations and every other staff person we encountered were eager to help and provide suggestions, no question seemed trivial. The accommodations were top notch. Highly recommended.

Удобное местоположение, прекрасные виды.
Pros:

Замечательные виды, недалеко от старого города (15 минут пешком по красивой дороге), хороший греческий ресторан на пляже. Японский небольшой ресторан в лобби тоже достаточно качественный. Отель просторный, много места. Достаточно лежаков на пляже (по крайней мере в мае). Чистое море.

Cons:

В ванной комнате очень плохой свет. Наша комната была под рестораном, поэтому было шумно во время завтрака. В ванной комнате нет двери( - на любителя.

И самое главное - в холлах отеля очень странный запах, как-будто старая канализация, непонятно, для отеля 5 звезд это странно.

Lokacija je jedino što vrijedi 5 zvjezdica, isto tako i osoblje

Cons:

Hotel je zapušten, namještaj i keramika su oštećeni, wc školjka je izgrebana na nivou komunalke u sovjetskom savezu, završni radovi tapeta i postavljanja pločica su na nivou lošeg hostela,cvijeće u predvorju je urbana legenda, ako želite iščašiti vrat pokušajte gledati tv iz kreveta.Nije mi u redu da s obzirom na cijenu noćenja moram platiti parking za automobil posebno.Govorim nekoliko stranih jezika, ali voljela bih da me u Hrvatskoj na recepciji dočeka djelatnik koji osim stranih jezika prvenstveno govori naš jezik.Prozori na restoranu su oprani prošle godine, a iznad naše sobe 1806 lastavice imaju gnijezdo , pa fekalije padaju na našu terasu.Bolje je da se sada zaustavim, mislim da je ovo dovoljno i vrlo lako provjerljivo.
