I really enjoy staying at Laquintas but just not in rooms where animals have been.
Pros:

I like that the location was right off of the interstate and very easy to find. It was very quiet and close to many food and shopping areas. Breakfast was very nice and the chairs are super comfortable.

Cons:

I understand that the hotel policy states pet friendly but there should be specific rooms and floors that pet owners and their pets stay in. Definitely not in any rooms that are available. I have stayed in some Laquinta’s and the 1st floor is specifically for pet owners and their pets. During our visit there in Bowling Green, we were put in a room that animals had been in because it smelled like dogs and the door had many chew marks on it. I do not spend my money just to play musical room and hoping that I don’t end up in a room that animals had been in. The policy has to change or I will look for hotels with more stricter rules regarding pets.

The view was nice outside of that that's it

Cons:

Needs to let third party and anyone booking online that they don't accept local reservations because it's been over 15 days with no refund of our money wasted we can't seem to figure out how to get back.

Pros:

Ac worked well, bed was comfortable enough, smooth sheets, clean, friendly and welcoming staff

Cons:

Needed cosmetic updates, noise heard from other floors, shower had 2 settings power wash or trickle. No couch in room as advertised. Breakfast was not our taste but was typical powdered eggs and lukewarm sausages
