Extremely disappointing experience.. would not recommend.
From the moment we checked in, our experience was terrible. The suite room we were given was absolutely disgusting. We found roaches in the room, and the bed linens appeared dirty and as though they had not been properly washed or changed.
I originally paid for a suite, but after we had to be moved to another room on the first floor because of the issues, we were given the smallest room in the hotel.
What made the experience even more disappointing was the lack of customer service. After everything we experienced, the hotel did not even offer a discount or any meaningful compensation for the inconvenience.
We came expecting a clean, comfortable stay for $300 for 1 night and unfortunately received the complete opposite. We will never stay at this hotel again and cannot recommend it to others. I hope management takes these concerns seriously because cleanliness and basic customer service should be a given.
Close and convient
The staff was pretty rude , 😒 never said there was a extra fee like $20 dollars a night for a pet , before the owners switching over was great and now this stay i would never be back honestly ... there food was alright but the eggs was terrible and taste like water... someone complained when one of my kids screamed there autistic btw... and they locked my key after that without telling me... BS my stay was for 2 nights and I cut it short after that... this place needs upgrades , our bedding had stains on it , fridge was warm , and holes in the walls...
The rooms were roomy and comfortable. The staff were all very nice and wanted to be sure we had a comfortable stay. Internet was fantastic and the number of channels was good.
I wish there was somewhere to hang my clothes in the room. Also there was no luggage rack.
NOTHING. There were roaches. We did not stay.
