La chambre était top , la literie très bien aussi et le fait d’avoir tout sur place c’est parfait ( restaurant , bar , casino , room service )
La piscine n’est pas top , je trouve que ça peut être dangereux le sol de la piscine en béton sans liner et carrelage , elle mérite d’être rénové .

The TV did not work for the duration of my stay, also we were originally placed in a room which had an awful smell. I booked a room with balcony but did not receive that.

L'attente pour le petit-déjeuner car pendant les 2 jours où nous y étions, nous avons du attendre au moins 30 minutes pour obtenir une table. Sinon le petit-déjeuner en lui même était très bien.
La piscine mériterait un bon rafraîchissement aussi.
Hotel qui n'est pas au centre mais l'hotel et ses prestations de services sont incomparables. Le personnel est au petit soin.
L'ambiance beach bar est géniale.

Personeel bij de receptie geeft je niet het gevoel dat je welkom bent, in het bijzonder 1 dame.
I mentioned to them prior to my stay that we were going to be there for my daughter's 11th birthday. I asked if they could do something special...maybe with a welcome card or something like that. Once we got in we saw that our room was filled with a bunch of balloons and sweets. Later on they also gave her a piece of birthday cake. They really made it special and we truly appreciate it.
Breakfast was also very delicious. There was something new everyday. They even had a warm meal and dim sum aside from the standard continental breakfast.
It was all nice.
