The stay went well overall.

Ce que je n’ai pas aimé dans cette établissement c’est l’accueil à la réception du petit déjeuner. Un membre du personnel était désagréable.

Then, he was asked to sign an invoice at the end of each breakfast. The reason: the manager replied that it was for their inventory. While at the entrance his staff recorded each person before entering the room. This was extremely disconcerting because signing a document entitled "invoice" with mentioned "amount due" you understand the customer's concern to find himself paying at the end of his stay for services already included in the offer select in booking.

Au petit déjeuner elle confond les clients avec des voleurs et à 9h30 il n’y avait plus de croissants malgré mes demandes pour un petit déjeuner qui finit à 11h…

My stay was excellent! 10/1
Pros:

I was impressed by the kindness of each staff we encountered, everyone was extremely helpful. The breakfast buffet exceeded my expectations, it is hands down the best I’ve ever had. There were several things to do and try on the property, which was really good for the last night when I wanted to stay in but still have a good time with great food. There is so much I can say but just an overrall 10/10 experience.

Cons:

The parking for hotel guests who drive should be reserved. One night we returned to the hotel and the parking lot was filled but I eventually got parking after someone left.
