Many time i Comes at night already tired, and then having nowhere to park , so i have to go to the next hotel where my sister was staying to park the car . Doing that "many times" would drive anyone crazy.

Pros:

Reception was pleasant and helpful.
Was definitely the cheapest option for our needs.
Plenty hot water.

Cons:

Fridge was off and needed to be wiped out as bottom full of water. Dirty towels had been left piled in wardrobe. Massive disturbance in the night with fighting and screaming on the premises in motel carpark.
Be aware that if you have luggage there is no lift , you will be dragging it up flights of stairs.
