Pros:

Helpful staff during a call where we explained our plans had been changed by the airline loosing part of our luggage. We were able to check in earlier the following day and get some rest.

Cons:

Clean, good location friendly staff. Solid walls reducing sound from neighbouring rooms.

A wonderful stay that we would highly recommended
Pros:

The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived, making us feel right at home. Our room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained throughout our stay. The hotel was also remarkably quiet, ensuring a restful night's sleep — we'd happily return.

Cons:

The only minor downside was that the shower's hot water was a little temperamental and took some adjusting to get the right temperature.

The man in the reception was rude and abrupt. It set out a bad tone for our stay. The toilet paper was cheap and nasty.

Comfortable stay near to town once you get down the steep drive and side road.
Pros:

Clean, comfortable and close to town, park and Albert Hall. Problem with tv and iron dealt with as soon as I reported them.
10% off great meals at The Northern Public House which is a short walk down the hill.

Cons:

Launceston is extremely hilly and the motel is at the top of the hill! There is an extremely steep drive into and within the property. Also a steep walk down the side road to the main road and the shops.
There isn’t a lift. If you have mobility issues this is not suitable.
