Disappointing. We only stayed 1 our out of our 2 night last booked.

It wasn’t as described. The pictures were deceiving. It was noisy. Definitely not a 4 star property.

The location was brilliant

Cons:

Customer service was not friendship. Seemed annoyed we went in especially Wren we asked for toilet paper. I booked 4 rooms and was there 6 nights and on day 3 we asked for toilet paper for 3 of the rooms and he was... you've already gotten toilet paper. Also kept going out the entry because the exit is brutal on all cars bottoming out. Under the bed were not clean and broken table in mine

Comfortable room with a view over Launceston & walking distance to CBD.

Cons:

Launceston is hilly so I got a bit of exercise. Carport has a 15° slope on it.
