Pros:

Large family room, can accommodate 4to5 adults for large sofa bed smaller sofa bed 3to4adults

Cons:

Swimming pool very limited seats, when call the recept nobody pick up. Need to keep try many time.

Overpriced overall but nice receptionnists and location
Pros:

* Perfect location in Sentosa. Next to monorail 👍
* Staff very nice. James (among others) was nice, polite and always ready to help 👍
* Breakfast served very quickly.

Cons:

* Breakfast is quite expensive.
* Only twin beds available for our 2 rooms during 5 nights, despite daily check-outs...
We were offered another room because 2 hair dryers not working and water leak in one of the rooms (air con), but the shower not convenient at all. Water not evacuating well and invading the whole shower.

A calm and peaceful stay in a great location
Pros:

Excellent location, literally across the road from the Sentosa express station.
At the Sentosa express station, there is a Starbucks and 7 Eleven store.
The hotel is very clean , rooms were bigger than what we expected. There is a sense of calmness the moment you enter the hotel lobby.

Cons:

If you enjoy a cup of tea in your room, take tea bags.
The hot water takes a long time to heat up, run the hot water tap in the bath first to ensure there is hit water before stepping into the shower.

Pros:

From the moment we arrived until our check-out, we experienced nothing but excellent service and genuine hospitality from every member of the team. Every staff member greeted us warmly and made us feel truly welcomed throughout our stay.

We were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful touches provided during our stay. Upon returning to our room in the evening, we found a children's toiletry set waiting for us, and even our jackets had been neatly folded. We also appreciated the children's room slippers, which is a detail not all hotels or resorts provide.

We had a wonderful stay in the room. It was spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained. We especially loved the double sinks in the bathroom, which made getting ready much more convenient for our family.

The sofa bed was also surprisingly comfortable, and we appreciated that the hotel staff had thoughtfully prepared it before we returned to our room. These little touches made our stay even more enjoyable and comfortable. Thank you for providing such a pleasant experience! 😁

Cons:

The only minor thing we felt could be improved was the absence of a bidet in the bathroom, as it is a feature we personally find very useful and convenient. Other than that, everything else was excellent! 👍🏻

Hôtel bien placé
Pros:

L'emplacement est vraiment pratique, l'hôtel se trouve entre world resort et les plages d'activités. La chambre était sympa et propre mais je favoriserai plus une chambre avec une jolie vue la prochaine fois. Le réceptionniste Donald était vraiment serviable,agréable et très aidant. C'était la cerise sur le gâteau de notre séjour. Un grand merci à Donald.

Cons:

Nous avons pris une chambre avec une terrasse protégée et ouvert mais nous avons regretté la vue. Apart cela, nous avons passé un bon séjour. Merci encore

Pros:

The location is great and staff very hospitable and friendly

Cons:

There isn’t any plug point for hair dryers in the toilet and the shower head was in a very weird position. Water pressure from the rain shower was very weak as well
