Terrible experience, highly NOT recommended.
This was a deeply disappointing stay. I found bugs on my bed, and when I showed a video recording of this to the reception staff, they didn't even bother to apologize! I ended up losing my money for the remaining nights just to leave, with zero effort from management to retain the customer or resolve the issue.

To make matters worse, the kitchen drawers were infested with insects, the facilities were old and rusty, and the shower had barely any water pressure (just a weak trickle). Poor hygiene, outdated facilities, and complete lack of customer care.

Very comfortable to stay at and staff were very professional.
Pros:

Breakfasts were the best we had experienced in 3 weeks of travel so I rated this very highly. Everything was clean and fresh looking. Shower over the bath was challenging and there was no air conditioning with very hot weather at the time we visited. Overall I felt it was good value and close to the main centre.

Breakfast was excellent. Attentive, friendly, helpful staff. Clean rooms, very pleasant courtyard. Excellent location, easily walkable to the waterfront and all our activities.

Cons:

Only issue was temperature, fans were not sufficient for the heat.

Quarto espaçoso, café da manhã otimo e proximidade das atraçoes.

O ar condicionado faz falta no verão de qualquer lugar do mundo. Mesmo na Suíça onde os termometros marcam 38 graus

Building was a bit outdated, very warm and one of the windows didn't have shutters so had to keep the window open for air to circulate (too warm otherwise) but got woken up by the bright early in the morning

Do not stay in this hotel during the summer heat wave, unless you enjoy sleeping in the heat.
Pros:

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, both during check-in and check-out. During our check-out, the front office staff member saw that we had a warm and short night, and therefore offered us water bottles to take with us for our trip to the airport.

Cons:

Do not stay in this hotel during the heat wave, as there is no AC. There is only one old Dyson fan in the room, that is near to useless. The rooms are very small, and the facilities are old. Also, as you are staying in Paquis, it can be quite loud during the nights.

The location was superb: two minutes to the lake; 10 to the city center; 10 to the station; and 20 to the Palais de las Nations.
The also allowed me to leave by suitcase in their reception during the last day.

Cons:

I just could not sleep. It was too hot and there was no air conditioner.
The kitchen was not very clean neither.

員工熱心幫忙解決交通卡的問題，還提供了許多資訊。房間有小廚房，擺設齊全。飯店雖不在市中心，但位置離湖邊很近，要去老城區或其他地點也有免費公共交通工具可搭，還算方便。重點是房價不貴，CP值很高。

Cons:

飯店無空調，七月的日內瓦非常熱。因為不能關窗，窗外的街道到半夜仍有喧囂吵鬧的人群及車聲，並不寧靜。

Vennlig og hyggelig personal-de fikset gratis transportkort for hele oppholdet ,bra beliggenhet,sentralt.
