Pros:

Clean, excellent location, decent breakfast

Cons:

No AC during heat wave. But the lack of AC was well indicated during the booking and a fan was provided

I would not stay there during summer, no AC, no solution from hotel. Horrible experience.
Pros:

it was impossible to sleep there during hot weather. Hotel did not provide anything, the small fan barely worked. Dissapointed.

L'accueil est assez froid
L'hôtesse m'annonce qu'il fait 38 degrés dans la chambre et que le ventilateur dyson mis à disposition n'y changera rien et que je ne peut plus annuler ma réservation.
Elle me dit que la chambre ne sera pas prête avant 14h30 alors que la réservation indique dès 14h...
bref même si les conditions exceptionnelles de canicule n'aident pas, aucune amabilité et flexibilité de l'hôtesse d'accueil

Quality, clean & good access
Pros:

The room was very comfortable and clean. I was hoping for a lake view from the marketing pictures, but there was a pleasant view towards the mountains instead. I stayed for 2 nights during a heat wave and the top floor room stayed hot 24/7. I appreciated the fridge and modern fan supplied. A swim in nearby Lake Geneva helped to cool off. Breakfast was great. I enjoyed the easy access from the train station, trams to the Old Town (free with the hotel supplied transport card) and down to the waterfront.

Cons:

Just the unfortunate heat at this time of year. And I felt better to return to the room before dark in that area. Daytime was fine.

Parking avec bornes de recharge en face.

Cons:

Absence de climatisation. Les ventilateurs aimablement fournis ne suffisent pas à amener la température à un niveau acceptable, surtout pendant une période de canicule.

Cosy and comfortable rooms; excellent staff and convenient secure parking across the road
Pros:

The hotel is well located, just a few minutes' walk to the lake, shops and cafes. Clean and comfortable with a good size bathroom with walk-in shower. The room was a cosy size and the bed was very comfortable. There is a dog-park about five minutes' walk. The secure parking is in an adjacent building across the road. The Night Manager was a very nice and helpful gentleman who, like all his colleagues, spoke excellent English.

Nothing of note; we enjoyed our stay.
