お風呂と景色が最高でした。
Pros:

・部屋からの眺めが、夜景も朝焼けも綺麗！
・足を伸ばせるタイプの湯船で、たっぷりのお湯でしっかり温まることができてリフレッシュできました。
また、掃除が行き届いており快適に過ごせました。

Cons:

・淡々と説明する感じが流れ作業のようでした。怒ってるの？みたいな表情で接客されても気分が悪いです。最初に視界に入るのがフロントの方なので、印象に残りやすく、自然な笑顔があると嬉しいです。
・部屋で履くスリッパが床置きだったのと、その袋が開いており気持ちが悪かったです。

Voor een korte stopover prima, maar niet voor een comfortabel verblijf van meer dagen.
Pros:

Het ontbijt was uitstekend. De locatie was prima.

Cons:

De kamer was wel érg klein, alsof je in een camper zat. Het 'Queensize' bed was een smalle twijfelaar van 1,20 breed. Prima voor één persoon. Knus als je net getrouwd bent, maar voor 2 volwassen mensen echt te klein.

Belle decouverte
Pros:

Très bon accueil et hospitalité , emplacement très intéressant, beaucoup de choses à proximité comme les restaurants et bars, ligne de métro juste en dessous, magasins juste a coté, seven eleven, family mart, lawson ect …
Je reviendrai sans hésiter, belle découverte!

Quiet, comfortable and reasonably priced hotel in a great location.
Pros:

Quiet safe location about 20 minutes by train from central Tokyo but reasonably close to the International Cruise Ship Terminal about 7 minutes by taxi.
The hotel is right next to the Shinagawa Seaside Railway Station and above that is a large Aeon Department Store and Supermarket. Lots of cafes and restaurants there too.
