Tv didn’t work ,ac didn’t work for 2 days told front desk they didn’t do anything wife googled how to reset tv it worked booked room months ago paid almost $1000.00 for 4 nights was put in handicap room ask if we could change Roos they said no but put another couple in a different room and they didn’t ask room was never cleaned not once we ran out of soap and towels trash was running over,lizards in outside trash cans,flies in room strange stuff in bottom of pool,drink dispenser out of coke,Diet Coke ,Coke Zero and ice even the coffee was cold we will never stay at a IHG property 2 of my sister in laws have bought membership into IHG so I gave it a try never again I will try to talk them in canceling their membership

Decent stay.
Pros:

The location and the breakfast.

Cons:

The rooms needed to be cleaned and updated. No housekeeper in sight. Staff really didn’t talk much. Just straight to business and that’s it. The social hour food was cold.

very clean, quiet place that was relaxing and cozy
Pros:

very friendly staff, room seemed very clean. the room ice machines were working slow and so the hotel had complimentary bags of ice for guests.. the breakfast was an amazing spread. loved the waffle maker!

Cons:

the elevator.. it was always so slow getting to the first floor, even when nobody was riding it down.

Pros:

I liked the newness of the hotel and it seemed safe

Cons:

The people above us were constantly jumping and running all night long. It was horrible! We didn’t sleep at all. Called front desk and all they said was they just checked in(1:30 am) but it lasted literally until 5:00 am then back again at 8:30 am!!

Don’t stay here if you can help it
Cons:

The property was pretty dated, a bathroom had stains on the walls smelled like mildew, and we found a vape pen in the couch cushions he folded out couch bed had hairs on it, and for the first time in my life, I had to ask the manager for the Cleaning crew to come and fully clean the unit

Location is good. The rooms are accommodating to the size of people

Cons:

Room smelled as if pets were in the room prior to my stay. Room was not cleaned when I arrived so I had to wait and it still wasn't fully cleaned when I returned. Debris was in hallway. The side door was coming apart. Overall it appears that it is poorly maintained. Carpet throughout building needs to be deep cleaned or replaced. Housekeeping needs tweaking

It was decent but I would not book here again.
Pros:

We were close to everything! Did not have to drive too far. The breakfast was delicious every day. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Our two bedroom suite would have been perfect if it weren’t for the excessive amount of dog hair that we found all over our sofa and in our beds upon arrival. We have no issue with pet friendly policies but there should be specific rooms to accommodate pet owners. We saw housekeepers but I don’t think they cared much about the cleanliness of the hotel. We saw the same Apple Jack cereal in the same spot on the floor in the hallway from the entire 3 days that we were there. We had to ask for new bedsheets due to dog hair and we had to ask for a vacuum and so much dog hair came up no
