Overall the family and I, stay was wonderful!

Great location. Hotel needs renovation carpet very old

From the desk very rude. We arrived early and check in to see how soon room would be ready. The desk clerk said it should be ready by 230 or 3 at the latest. I can call you when it's ready. I said great. We came back to the property at 345. The desk clerk asked another employee I guess he was however he had no name tag on and dressed unprofessional. He said no check ins until 4. So there were 4 couples hanging out in the lobby waiting for 4 pm. Someone comes in to check in and he checks in no problem. We all just look at each other. Then at 355 she let's the rest of us check in. We get to our room and housekeeping left a couple spray bottles in our room. I sa a housekeeper in the hallway and asked how long has the room been cleaned and she said before lunch.

A great place to spend time away from the monotony. With family or by yourself, perfect experience.
Pros:

The room was exceptional. Fully loaded kitchen with dining ware set. The fridge was extremely necessary for us to store breast milk in. My family was very happy with the experience.

When we got there the room that was reserved for us was not clean. Had to move to another room that someone didnt show up for. Then had to keep getting the card key re done every day because it quit working.

Our rooms air conditioning did NOT work at all. Manager offered fans, not to switch rooms or a refund but FANS. It was over 80 degrees in our room at midnight. They said it had been broken for some time and that the duct taped window unit in the room wasn't their problem. This place is terrible....

Tv didn’t work ,ac didn’t work for 2 days told front desk they didn’t do anything wife googled how to reset tv it worked booked room months ago paid almost $1000.00 for 4 nights was put in handicap room ask if we could change Roos they said no but put another couple in a different room and they didn’t ask room was never cleaned not once we ran out of soap and towels trash was running over,lizards in outside trash cans,flies in room strange stuff in bottom of pool,drink dispenser out of coke,Diet Coke ,Coke Zero and ice even the coffee was cold we will never stay at a IHG property 2 of my sister in laws have bought membership into IHG so I gave it a try never again I will try to talk them in canceling their membership

The rooms needed to be cleaned and updated. No housekeeper in sight. Staff really didn’t talk much. Just straight to business and that’s it. The social hour food was cold.
