Pros:

・アクセスがいい
地下鉄は複数の路線が使える。ペンステーションからも近いのでワシントンやボストンへの旅行や空港からの電車移動もできてかなり便利。タイムズスクエアやセントラルパークも徒歩で行ける。
・着いてすぐにチェックインさせてもらえた
12時前に着いたがチェックインさせてもらえたので荷物を置いてシャワーを浴びることができた。
・冷蔵庫がある
ニューヨークでは冷蔵庫がないホテルが多いが用意されていてスーパーで買ってきた食料やのみものが入れられて便利
・電子レンジがある
・清掃がしっかりされている
・シャワーの温度が安定している

Cons:

・朝食はあまりおいしくない
10数個の中から一つパンか果物を選び、それの他にペットボトルの飲みものを一つ、ヨーグルトやゼリーを一つ選ぶスタイル。

We would for sure stay here again.
Pros:

Comfortable bed and pillows, accurate climate control, friendly staff. The location was excellent, and the view from our room was photo worthy. The microwave was a nice touch. Steps away from the Herald Square train station, we did not have to cross a street.

Cons:

The coffee maker was fine, the available coffee K-cups were not up to par. If your reading this, try a half a cup of water, just to up the taste. Or, bring your own coffee K-cups. You will run into homeless people outside the hotel, but they seemed harmless, and it really is not the hotel's fault, just proceed with caution.

Pelo valor, poderia ter ficado em hoteis melhores.

A localização é otima, central, tem um metrô do lado, que facilita muito! O quarto é pequeno, mas é confortável! A equipe da recepção é gentil, e o checkin e chekout é prático!

Cons:

Café da manhã péssimo! Nao era self service, era uma lanchonete que você tinha quantidades de cada item para escolher. Ex: um café preto, uma bebida, um iogurte e tinha algumas opções de sanduiches (que estavam ruins). Eles cobran uma taxa de $20 para receber pacotes da amazon (nunca tinha visto isso), e o chuveiro do banheiro derrama muito água no chão!

Just one thing to improve
Pros:

Excellent staff at the reception, efficient, professional, friendly, happy to help and accommodate guests' requests. Spotless room, strong shower, comfortable bed. Last but not least, location of the hotel close to Penn station, subway stations, etc.

Cons:

Breakfast was poor. Better to have it in one of the many eateries around the hotel.
