elevators way too slow.
The hotel is in a great central location, and having a subway station right next to it made getting around New York quick and convenient. Even though it is in a central location, we were not bothered by outside noise during our stay. The room was clean, and the hotel offered excellent value for money. We had a smooth and hassle-free stay.
Öncelikle konumu çok iyi. Hemen önünde bir metro durağı var bu sayede birçok turistik bölgeye kolayca ulaştık. Otel oldukça temizdi. Personeller güler yüzlüydü. Otelde wifi oldukça iyi çekiyordu. Telefon şarjı bizim girişlerimiz farklı olmasına rağmen oldukça bol type-c girişleri vardı ekstra dönüştürücü kullanmak zorunda kalmadık. En üst katta da olsak new york hiç uyumayan ve çok gürültülü bir yer olduğu için biraz dış gürültü geliyor fakat rahatsız etmiyor. Klima hafif sesli çalışıyor fakat rahatsız edici değil. Odanın büyüklüğü gayet yeterliydi.
L'emplacement ideal a 20 min a pieds de Time Square, 5 min de Macy's, et 10 min de la gare centrale de Penn Station.

The lift situation in this hotel is a problem - its mentioned in other comments, and it's worth repeating; during our visit 2 out of 3 available lifts broke down, and the wait times were absurd; one other annoying thing was the fridge: these are old and very loud - at times it felt like living at the train station with an old locomotive.
The staying was incredible. super fast check in with very friendly staff who gave us water for three people to bring with us in our room. Room very clean and organized, but which is very incredible is the location 11/10
