I am a repeat customer and will
only stay here at the Hilton Garden Inn on 35th. The walk is easy from Penn Station on 33rd St. I feel safe, the hot shower was amazing after walking NYC, the Lyft drivers arrived 2 minutes or less in front of the hotel, the King bed was so comfy, stayed 3 nights and opted for once for Housekeeping. Spotless. Thank you for having the microwave and fridge in the room. Quick elevators. The front desk and everyone so friendly. Thank you for your excellent communication and kindness. It goes a long way. Looking forward to my next stay.
Location is exellent, rooms are good and the breakfast needs for variations.
The Elevators.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, with two double beds , there was plenty of space to relax and store my luggage. The room was well maintained, and the bed was comfortable for a good night's sleep.
One of the highlights of my stay was the view from my room. I could see the Empire State Building right outside my window, which made the experience feel even more special and memorable.
The location was excellent—just a short walk from Herald Square subway station and about three minutes from Macy's, There were also plenty of restaurants, food stores, cafes, and shops nearby, which made dining and shopping very convenient.
I would like to give special thanks to Anna for her outstanding assistance. My flight was rescheduled, and I needed to extend my stay by one more night, making my visit a total of four nights. Anna was incredibly helpful in arranging the extension and ensuring everything was handled smoothly. Her kindness, professionalism, and excellent customer service made a stressful situation much easier to manage.
Overall, I had a wonderful four-night stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to others because of its spacious rooms, fantastic location, beautiful view, convenient amenities, and exceptional service.
Although breakfast was not included in the room rate, the hotel has a convenient store in the reception area where guests can easily purchase snacks, drinks, and other essentials at any time.
todo
Personal muy amable
Everything was 10/10 except the staff, they were kinda rude idk why, some of them was so nice specifically the night staff. Whereas day staff was kinda odd. Other than that hotel met my requirement, except providing WATER. They only provide water at checkin, all other days nothing, I do travel internationally, never ever experience this bottle of water situation at international hotel chains.
WATER POLICY TOO ODD. MUST BUY YOUR OWN WATER. THEY ONLY PROVIDE WATER AT CHECKIN. DAY TIME STAFF IS AHH IDK EITHER THEY ARE TIRED OF THEIR JOB OR THEY ARE GOING THROUGH SOMETHING LMAO.
The location
The breakfast and there were no closet in the room
Tony and the staff were so great to our family! We had such a hospitable stay for our long weekend in the Big Apple. Would definitely return!
I loved the hotel and its location. The view was awesome. We plan to come back to this location in September.
The location was perfect! Central to everything. Away from the direct hustle and bustle of Times Square but yet a rock throw away, easily accessible. Lots shopping, right across the street from the iconic Macy's.
The price could have been cheaper and breakfast could have been included, but still a great stay. I would definitely book again!
