Locatie is geweldig. Zou hier de volgende eker weer kunnen verblijven, metro zit op 1 meter afstand en alles is gemakkelijk bereikbaar.

Pros:

Standard room but nice, and decent view and light through the window (that can be hard to find in NYC). Fast check-in. I had a family emergency and needed to leave early and the staff were so kind and helpful about it.

Cons:

Not enough lighting in the room - no overhead light, so I was mainly relying on the slightly dim hall light and the end table lights when I was packing or getting ready or whatever.

Great location, good value
Pros:

Location was excellent located 3-4 blocks from Penn station and walking distance to all of midtown. Staff was nice.

Cons:

Outside of the hotel was a little beat up.

Great location, Awesome Staff and Larger Clean Rooms
Pros:

Great location and the staff were wonderful. Room was clean and a great size as it wasn’t as cramped as many NYC rooms. Location is close to Herald Square and a subway station is literally just 20 yards from the hotel. A fantastic stay

Come for the view, stay for the room size
Pros:

I chose the hotel for the view of the Empire State Building, which did not disappoint. But I was overall very satisfied with the cleanliness and comfort. The room size was impressive, I did not feel cramped at all. The staff was lovely.

Cons:

There are three elevators in the building but at no point during my stay did I see all three being operational. When I arrived, only one of them was working and there was a queue of people waiting to use it. Thankfully, two were working again by the time I came back later in the day.

Pros:

Excellent location. Fantastic service. Any from the reception welcomed us warmly and lovingly and helped us with everything we asked for. We were after a long flight and she did everything we could to get the room as quickly as possible.
