כל אנשי הצוות במלון נחמדים ושירותיים מאוד למעט פקידת קבלה אחת שקיבלה אותנו בצ׳ק אין ולאחר מכן באיסוף המזוודות וזאת הסיבה היחידה שלא דירגתי 10

Super für einen NY-Citytrip / Preis-Leistung top
Pros:

- Lage unschlagbar, direkt an der U-Bahn und in fünf Minuten ist man am Time Square
- der kleine Shop in der Lobby ist ganz gut ausgestattet
- Kaffeemaschine (Keurig) auf dem Zimmer und Mikrowelle
- alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich
- wir konnten eine Stunde länger im Zimmer bleiben ohne eine Aufpreis zahlen zu müssen

Cons:

- Bett unheimlich weich aber das ist wohl Geschmacksache
- richtige Tassen, Becher oder ein Flaschenöffner auf dem Zimmer wäre vorteilhaft

Great hotel, great staff.
Pros:

I like tha facilities of the hotel, great gym, very nice rooms, water bottle refiler in our floor.

Cons:

I didnt like the noice from the AC units that were coming from outside the hotel.

Pros:

Bra läge, trots pågående renovering var det tyst och städat.
Vi bodde 6 nätter, fönster mot innergården vilken borgade för god sömn(hellre god sömn än lite utsikt).

Cons:

Den pågående renoveringen behövs, vi hade ett av de äldre rummen.. bra sängar men slitet/gamla möbler.
Inkl Frukost??? Det dom ingick(fanns) var några mackor samt val av EN kall eller varm dryck. Du kunde inte ta om eller två dryck… då kostade det extra.
