I think the staff we met could do better than what she did. Her attitude seemed negative.
Pros:

I couldn't use internet throughout

Cons:

The front dest staff was rude. She dropped phone on me when I was requesting for supply. I had limited mobility and I requested for help to get us some room supplies that was not available. She insisted that I have to come down and get it. That wasn't nice. I have been a member of IHG close to 15 years.

Celebrate all the holidays.
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious. Bed was comfy. Plenty of room for everyone.

Cons:

I moved from the area four months ago. I was familiar with the area having some homeless people around. It appears that the hotel is helping with situation by housing people on a more permanent residency. This was good, but a little weird. While walking to our room, we spotted 3 doormats outside of rooms and some decorations on some doors. We had a laugh about how many holidays were being represented at the Holiday Inn.

Pros:

The breakfast was very good. The bathtub needed a bar to hold on to to get in and out. The hotel was very clean. Parking was very easy and close to the door,

Cons:

Too much noise at 10:30 with kids running and screaming in the hall. The bathtub needs a bar to aid in getting in and out of.

Enjoyed our stay...
Pros:

The king suite was very comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. The hotel is in a very quiet location. Plenty of parking, good breakfasts.

Cons:

Our first night there, I came down to the lobby to ask for some utensils, plates, and napkins and to get some bottled water. The staff member was on the phone, so I waited for her to get off. Instead, she ran down the hall, went through a door, and never came back. I ended up finding the items myself. Also, the refrigerator could have been a little colder.

Pros:

Overall very good, especially the breakfast. Only recommendation concerns the accessible room. Only one grab bar in the tub. Need more especially on the tub wall. My wife had a difficult time getting in and out. Also the beds were too high for short people with limited mobility. We had to use a step stool. Otherwise recommend this property.
