Decent hotel near the Arno and Santa Croce. Good Breakfast and friendly staff.
Pros:

The twin beds are pretty comfortable. The AC in the room worked well. Water pressure is good in the rain style shower and works for tall people (I'm 6'1"). Breakfast is good with plenty of variety including yogurt, breads/toast, pastries, sliced meats, cheeses, salad, fruit, and beverages. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The shower is small but not a dealbreaker (no tub). For bigger people it might be a struggle. We had to fix the shower door as it was off track. Some additional attention when cleaning the shower door tracks would be recommended. Two of my friends stayed in one of the upgraded rooms with a shower/tub but there was a half wall that didn't prevent water from escaping while showering and there was no door/curtain. Water just drenched the whole bathroom and ran down a drain. It appears intentional but was not designed well at all. They could provide more and better seating in the breakfast room as they went for style over efficiency. While the breakfast variety is good there are few hot options limited to scrambled eggs, hot dogs, and bacon. The Bacon is typical for Europe which appears undercooked and is not crispy as people in the US are accustomed to.

Posizione ottima, terrazza con vista panoramica incantevole, letto comodo, stanza pulita,ma si può fare di meglio per i capelli sul pavimento, servizio completo di qualità per i servizi igienici, doccia grande, struttura nuovissima. Molti asciugamani puliti e tanti cuscini.
Personale gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Stanza poco insonorizzata. Di notte si,sentiva la gente che sbatteva le porte svegliandomi più volte nel sonno. In parte è colpa degli ospiti,certo, forse ubriachi,chissà, ma in parte dell'insonorizzazione della struttura.
Abbastanza caro,ma in linea con i prezzi di Firenze.
Qualche metro quadro in più avrebbe fatto comodo,ma tutto sommato soddisfacente.
Un cocktail di benvenuto sarebbe stato gradito visto che siamo in Italia e visti i costi del soggiorno.

Excelente ubicación! Renovado y personal de servicio muy amable. Pero el hotel no es "boutique".
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena! hay pocos servicios adicionales. No es realmente un hotel "boutique". Intenta serlo, pero no lo es. Boutique significa atención personalizada y muchos detalles que dan un valor agregado. Este hotel es lindo, minimalista y recién restaurado. Pero no es boutique.

Cons:

Falta de servicios, el personal de servicio hace mucho ruido en las mañanas al hacer las habitaciones contiguas, no hay detalles en las atenciones al pasajero. La insonorización hacia afuera, OK, la de las habitaciones (hacia adentro), es mala. No me gustó el tamaño del baño, ni los espacios destinados para la ropa. En definitivo, precio-calidad, no los vale. En definitiva, Pagas por la ubicación.

Nice Boutique Hotel in Florence
Pros:

Very helpful staff. Hotel was clean with nice rooms and refrigerator in room. Breakfast was great ( very important) Location was across the street from the river and about a 10 to 15 minute walk into the city center. Great rooftop area with an amazing view
