Staff was lovely and bed and pillows very comfortable. Location was great as well!

Cons:

The room was slightly small but manageable. The cleaner kept leaving the same roll of toilet paper that was stained and filthy. I set it next to the tiny trash can twice. It was full of dust bunnies and odd stains.

Herrliches Hotel mit einer Superterrasse mit weitblick auf die Stadt
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine super lage nicht weit von allen Sehenswürdigkeiten und alle sind zu Fuss erreichbar. Zudem haben sie eine herrliche Terasse mit blick zur Domkuppel und der Innenstadt auch wunderschön die Sonnenutergänge anzuschauen. Auch das Morgenfrühstück ist herrvorragend es fehlt an nichts.
Sehr angenehmes und freundliches Personal runden die Hotelstrucktur ab.

Florenz ist immer eine Reise wert.
Pros:

Wie nicht anders zu erwarten war der kurze Aufenthalt in diesem Eurostar Hotel recht ansprechend und mit dem Standart anderer Hotels dieser Kette absolut vergleichbar.

Unser Zimmer war sehr ruhig und die Betten bequem. Das Zentrum von Florenz ist mit einem 15 minütigen Fußmarsch einfach zu erreichen.
