Pros:

Die Lage ist super und wir sind auch sehr freundlich empfangen worden. Im Zimmer ist es sauber.

Cons:

Völlig überteuerter Preis. Es riecht überall sehr muffig und alt. Die Kante ins Bad ist die Hölle, die haben wir mehrfach mitgenommen. Es knarrt im Zimmer bei jedem Schritt, selbst wenn im Nachbarzimmer gelaufen wird.
Leider gab es beim Frühstück keine laktosefreie Milch bzw. eine Alternative dafür. Bei Nachfrage bekamen wir diese am nächsten Tag aber für Berlin ist das schon etwas enttäuschend.
Im Schrank lagen noch die Socken von den Vorgängern.

Jederzeit wieder und mit Sicherheit beim nächsten Aufenthalt die erste Wahl

Extrem gutes Frühstück, zentrale Lage und doch ruhig. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Das Interieur ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, dafür ist der Preis pro Nacht etwas üppig.

Pros:

Top Lage in der Altstadt, Nachts angenehm ruhig in der Strasse.
Wir waren für ein Konzert in der Zitadelle in Berlin und Hotel super gelegen alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Schöner Frühstücksraum uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.
Chefin und Personal sehr nett.

Schönes Hotel für Kurztrip nach Spandau
Pros:

Individuelles Hotel, keine Kette. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit viel Auswahl. Gute Lage im Zentrum von Spandau, trotzdem ruhig.

Cons:

Für mich kein Problem, man sollte wissen, dass es keinen Aufzug gibt.

Gut für Konzertbesucher in der Zitadelle
Pros:

Ausgesprochen freundliches Personal. Ausgezeichnete Lage für einen Konzertbesuch in der Zitadelle, etwa 10min zu Fuß entfernt. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Sauber.

Cons:

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht ganz. Das Haus ist schon in die Jahre gekommen. Mein Einzelzimmer war sehr klein, mit Teppichboden und zu meiner Überraschung hatte ich die sehr kleine Duschkabine in einem Eck des Zimmers, nicht im Badezimmer, dass nur eine langgezogene Toilette mit kleinem Waschbecken war. Es fehlte eine Aufhängmöglichkeit für das Handtuch bei der Dusche. Für eine Nacht in Ordnung, länger würde ich aber nicht bleiben wollen, bei den Preisen.

Tolle Übernachtungsmöglichkeit für Konzert in Zitadelle.
Pros:

Frühstück war super, Service sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Auf Sonderwünsche - Veganerin dabei wurde toll eingegangen.
