Cons:

The lady in the breakfast room was soo rude she make me feel uncomfortable .. I feel she was a racist person a white person beside me was getting the biscuit with his hand she didn't say anything to him... I make a mistake using a spoon to get the sausage.. she told me I can't do that for contamination I understand that the way she told me was not right ..

La comodidad y silencio, muy privado el espacio, tenía escritorio y nevera, además de una tina en un baño muy bonito, muy amables los recepcionistas

Cons:

Tenía un olor a humedad la habitación y el edificio le falta mantenimiento, el elevador sonaba muy fuerte

I absolutely love this place. No matter if where I need to be is in Fort Worth, Dallas or Arlington. I'm staying here.

Cons:

We didn’t have Hot water for the 3 days we stayed, had cold showers for every day.

The stockyards shuttle bus is advertised as still available on booking.com, but not functioning at the hotel. Staff notified us it was on their website. But we booked through booking.com

Aircon doesn’t work In the gym, very hot. Unable to use

Perfect location for downtown activities. The staff was duper nice. Breakfast was superb!
Pros:

breakfast was awesome, one of the best I've had at a stay with your company. Staff running it was great.

Cons:

It was just an older facility and kinda had that damp musty smell in the rooms.

Pros:

We absolutely love this hotel. I refuse to stay anywhere else. The entire staff is friendly and extremely helpful. The beds are comfortable pillows are fluffy. Rooms are clean enough towels.
