The hotel was nice just the fact that we didn't have hot water
Pros:

Some of the staff was awesome after us having an experience of not having hot water for a day two days one of the staff people finally moved us to a different room

Cons:

We were without hot water for two days and taking a cold shower

Excellent, had everything I needed, good staff and great breakfast
Pros:

Everything I needed was available there. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was polite and helpful. Hairdresser, Iron and ironing board available in the room saved my life!

Cons:

The water from shower wasn’t warm enough when I took shower around 6-7pm and shuttle wasn’t available during my stay.

Hotel was not as advertised.
Pros:

The hotel staff was friendly, that is the only reason this place got 2/5. The hotel was advertised as a nice clean hotel in downtown Ft Worth. This place is the opposite. Overall, The building is dirty and falling apart. The area around the hotel is very ghetto and run down. I had to have my children close the blinds in their room because they were watching a drug addict dig through the dumpster in the parking lot. Parking is very limited and congested.

Our rooms: We had 2 rooms booked, the first room that they plaint children in, the shower didn’t work at all. They then moved our children to the adjoining room next door. In this room, the bathtub drain was missing and the shower barely sprayed. The other room that my wife and I were in, the shower barely worked in it. You could literally pour water out of a cup harder than the shower sprays. Also, bathtub spout with shower knob would almost come completely out of the wall when engaging the shower. The toilet in our room wouldn’t hardly flush. If you went #1 you would have to flush the toilet literally 7-8 times to get it to go down. We ended up just using our kids bathroom across the hall due to the toilet not functioning. We were told by staff that they could have the “engineer” come to look at the toilet but they never did. And these things should already be in good working repair prior to renting the room. No one wants to have to have a repairman in their room working on stuff while you’re trying to enjoy a trip.

We have always stayed at IHG brand hotels with good experiences thus far. However, we will not be staying with IHG/HIE again.

Cons:

Ice machine on our floor did not worth. The Hot Tub was also out of order during our stay.

Cons:

The lady in the breakfast room was soo rude she make me feel uncomfortable .. I feel she was a racist person a white person beside me was getting the biscuit with his hand she didn't say anything to him... I make a mistake using a spoon to get the sausage.. she told me I can't do that for contamination I understand that the way she told me was not right ..
