Cons:

מלון קטן אין בו כלום כביכול יש בריכה אבל היא כל כך קטנה ואין מאוורים או מזגנים בשום מקום גם שיש חום של 40 מעלות בחדר שנו המאוורר שקיבלנו היה לא בגובה של המיטה ורק אחרי שביקשנו אחד אחר הביאו סוף סוף, החדרים קטנים מידי

Poor. For the cost it was not worth it. There are far nicer places to stay in Chamonix for that pric

Cons:

The room was extremely small. The shower only ran cold water. There was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. It was loud. Every time someone on the same floor open and closed their door it would wake you up.

Pros:

Location was great and staff very helpful. The ppl and spa were nice

Cons:

The room were small and outdated. Opening the patio doors hit the bed. Bathroom smelled damp.

The location in chamonix is great to visit both city and nature
The breakfast is good and the hotel nice

Cons:

The room is spacious and pretty, but way too hot. To cool it down, the hotel provides a desk fan placed on the floor. In the bathroom, the extractor fan, the toilet seat, and the flush were all broken. We reported this at check-in, but nothing was done throughout our entire stay. We were also left without hot water for one morning, though this was eventually fixed. These things can happen, but for €350 a night, you expect maintenance that matches the upscale look of the property."
