Outdated room, bad customer service
Pros:

This hotel room was outdated and not what the photos showed. It was almost €300 for the night for an outdated room and tiny tv. The tv also did not work and we were told ‘this just happens sometimes’ very disappointing. The only justification for the price I would say is the location…

Cons:

The hotel was very noisy. We were on the 3rd floor, when the room above us were using their shower it was soo noisy. After midnight the noise from the bars across the
road was unbelievable with barrels been loaded and unloaded. This happened again around 6.30. We paid for breakfast which was very very poor. The selection was very poor. One the last morning we ordered toast and boiling water after 10 mins I gave up and left. I would not recommend this hotel.

Lovely! Everything we hoped it would be.

Everything was perfect. The hotel is very, very nice and the staff were helpful and friendly. The included breakfast was great.

Tolle Lage in Galway, direkt neben Bahnhof und Busbahnhof.
Nettes Frühstück.

Cons:

-Zimmer 116, unfassbar laute Lüftung die ganze Nacht aus dem Außenbereich/Abluft??? Permanentes Summen, an Schlaf ohne Oropax nicht zu denken!!!
-Badezimmertür nur aus Milchglas und nicht dicht schließend.
-Fernseher nur wenig Programme und Bildstörungen.
-Extrem teuer.

Bien localizado pero desilusionante
Pros:

La localización y la amabilidad del personal.

Cons:

No estaba muy limpio .. la ducha con manchas de cal .. la ventana ( muy antigua ) no cerraba y entraba frío y ruido de la calle principal en la que está localizado .
El desayuno , en un local precioso , muy lento y caótico .
