Beds were comfortable and service great. The breakfast was plenty and the coffee nice!

The towels were displayed in the bathroom extended and the shower area had stains. No fridge and no internet for the smart TV.

A perfect hotel for your visit to Galway.
Pros:

Excellent location between the 2 bus stations. We could walk everywhere. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful. The room was large, the bed comfy and there was a much appreciated choice of pillow types. Our room was spotless.

Pros:

Very cute room, comfortable bed and fabulous staff. Also loved their beautiful bar and coffee shop. Great decor.

Cons:

The shower had little pressure and it took a very l9ng time to get hot water coming out. Also our room could get warm so there was a fan to help but could Crack open a window.
