Schönes Hotel in Salthill mit einigen Schwächen
Pros:

Sehr Größe und schöne Zimmer mit Minikühlschrank. Unsere hatten sogar einen wundervollen Meerblick, obwohl ich die Meerblick-Kategorie nicht extra gebucht hatte.

Freundliche Mitarbeiter und Frühstück war auch völlig in Ordnung.

Tiefgarage zum Parken für 5 Euro für 2 Nächte war ein Pluspunkt.

Außerdem ist die Lage an der Promenade in Salthill toll. Man ist in wenigen Schritten am Meer oder im Restaurant sowie in etwa 40 Minuten zu Fuß oder mit Bus oder Taxi in Galway.

Cons:

Teilweise sehr abgewohnte Flure sowie abgewetzte Möbel im Zimmer und zusammengewürfeltes Inventar. Wir hatten zwei Zimmer und die waren unterschiedlich an Stühlen und Möbel ausgestattet obwohl direkt nebeneinander und gleiche Kategorie.

Außerdem wurde in einem der beiden Zimmer das Housekeeping nicht vollendet bzw. vergessen für den zweiten Tag. Die Mülleimer waren leer, aber das Bett ungemacht.

Die Bar hat uns auch nicht gut gefallen. Haben ewig gewartet platziert zu werden. Als dann keiner kam, haben wir uns einfach gesetzt und mussten uns dann auch selbst um Getränke kümmern. Hat alles sehr lang gedauert.

Klientel ist eher auf Senioren ausgelegt. Das ist scheinbar die Hauptzielgruppe.
