Sauber Aussicht auf den Strand, die Promenade.
Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Bar area was busy and well staffed. Wish I had time to test out the pool.
Service in the Restaurant was very slow and it was meant to be the premium option. Food was very good when it finally arrived.
This was the first hotel in Ireland that provided slippers in the room — a lovely surprise!
The sliding entrance door was quite dirty — covered in dust and cobwebs, which left a negative first impression

Room was very spacious and comfortable, as was bath.
The listing says the facility had laundry but instead they only had the option of sending it OUT - very expensive! It was a much farther walk (40 min.) from main tourist area than we expected. On-site restaurant was not great, neither the food nor the service. (Waitstaff couldn't explain one of the dishes!)

Nice room with sea view, large and clean, location and car parking were important to us.
Restricted access to bar, member of staff said unable to provide tea/coffee and snacks, just bar menu.

Evening meal was only average with not much choice. We booked a 2 course meal on line. But after having our first meal we decided to dine out in Galway.
