Pros:

Sehr schönes sauberes Zimmer mit schönem Blick auf den Yachthafen.
Das Essen war hervorragend das Pool war perfekt.

Cons:

Preisgestaltung bei Alkoholika am Abendtisch.

Echt gerade noch für ein drei Sternehotel. Vier Sterne völlig überbewertet
Pros:

Das asiatisch stamige Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Wir fahren seit zwölf Jahren in dieses Hotel und haben bemerkt, dass es von Jahr zu Jahr schlechter wird. Dieses Jahr haben wir definitiv das letzte Mal gebucht. Die Zimmer sind schmutzig, die Badeanlage wird überhaupt nicht von Unrat beziehungsweise Nadeln der Bäume befreit. An einen Umbau bzw. Sanierung denkt ebenso keiner. Das Personal an der Rezeption war extrem unfreundlich. Wir sind mit unserer fünfjährigen Tochter angereist, wir durften zwar 30 € auf zahlen, haben aber dafür nicht einmal eine eigene Handtuchausrüstung für Sie erhalten. Das Rezeption Personal hat sich geweigert, die Badetücher zurückzubringen und meinte ich soll da selber runtergehen. Wie gesagt, es wird Zeit, dass man denen zumindest einen Stern entzieht. Es reicht gerade noch für ein drei Sternehotel aus.

Všetko OK čo sa týka stravy, úpravy parku a hotelových služieb.

Cons:

Chladnička na izbe bola na úrovni trojhviezdičkového hotela. Na tomto by mali ešte popracovať.

Indulgence with class - Food excellent. 👌
Pros:

Nice and clean and well decorated on the inside.
Staff were all very friendly too which was lovely.
Food stunning with lovely buffets catering for everyone’s needs 110%. Thanks.

Cons:

The outside of the property could do with decorating as looks rather shabby. Been 13 years since a refurb and it looks like it. Shame as inside in lovely.
Both the pools inside and parade are salt water. It would be nice if one of the pools was fresh water.

the perfect hotel in pula

wild buffet - so tasty

some free whisky's!

insane pool - you can see the sea and the gorgeous HUGE circular pool

plus the bar by the side of the pool is very dreamy!

the local restaurants and shops are lovely

you can do water sports

and take a quick uber into the local city/ town too!

great customer service - they sent me my phone back to the uk - i just had to pay for postage and am SO glad they got it back to me safe and sound!
