Muy buen servicio y comida deliciosa
Pros:

La mejor experiencia del hotel fue el Sr. Enrique quien trabajaba en el restaurante del hotel. Siempre servicial, atento y muy amable con nosotros. Muchas veces realizando nuestro servicio a la habitación y con buenas recomendaciones de que platos podíamos comer en el restaurante.

bien para ir por poco tiempo

la ubicación es genial, el sector cuenta con muchas tiendas y restorants lindo.
El desayuno bien, nada tan espectacular

Cons:

Reservé para 3 personas y el lugar solo venia equipado para 2, nos tocó llamar para pedir toallas y sillas. La primera noche encontramos una mancha de sangre o algo parecido en las sabanas, además hacia mucho frio y las camas no tenian cobijas.
El baño sin extractor de aire.
Las tarjetas muchas veces no servian para entrar a la habitación o para ocupar el asensor y el frigobar una locura, por 2 cervezas de 330cc y un chocolate pequeño, nos cobraron 59.9 reales

instalacoes estao sem manutencao, teto estava para conserto, recepcao muito detonada , cafe da manha esta bem complicado, sem prato, sem uma chapa ou sanduicheira, funcionarias dentro da cozinha sequer sairam para repor os alimentos, panela com ovo toda suja e riscada , bem feio, eu nao gostei , achei o atendimento bem ruim
